I've done that on a couple of occasions when I had bought some piece on 'spec' that it would fit, but didn't - they honoured their pledge: No questions asked! Now their stores are in many larger Canadian cities and I look for them and spend my free time there when the wife is doing her thing at some girly store - Actually, she sometimes likes to browse there too.

It has everything, tools, power units (chippers, generators, etc), trailer accessories, welding, the list goes on. The house brand is POWER FIST, and i have mixed feelings on it. The prices seem to be as good or slightly better than the Mastercraft (Cdn tire brand) but i don't feel the quality is on the same field, althoguh close. Do i own Power Fist tools? Hell yeah, for what i do, i usually go with the best price! Yes the place seems like it is in disarray, with stuff everywhere, but spend a little time in there and it makes sense. Although that could be due to my ever increasing insanity. Need a tool for something to do at home, keep this place on the list of places you search. You just may be surprised.

Sales Co-ordinator Payton Maye happened to be passing through the parking lot as I arrived, and when she saw me starting to unload my mower, she was quickly beside me and sharing in the lift down and not the least afraid of getting her hands dirty. Every phone call I had with her made it totally clear that she wanted only the best for her customers, and she was always cheerful, supportive, and competent. Only met Sean, one of the technicians, once, but he was obviously well-experienced and knowledgable. I noted that there were only two other reviews posted on Yelp, for Maritime Lawn and Garden. They have been known to mislead about the opportunities they offer and have been known to mislead about the positions, opportunities and they are offering during their initial interviewing process, at times intentionally misleading or deceiving potential employees into a belief of job stability which they may not keep their word on e.g. telling prospective employees that they will have a full time full year position with a pay increase after the first four months, then blindsiding these employees by terminating them after the first four months by insisting that they only actually hired said employees as short term seasonal workers.
