I came to this place one time before and had an amazing experience but only my boyfriend had bought at the time and used his 15% first time member fee and I saved mine for the next time I visit this city so I recently came and bought some clones and was going to ask to use my 15% but before I could finish my sentence jeanette said they cannot discount the clones, at this time my boyfriend also bought some clones but the other amazing person discounted him $5. Really made me feel silly because I believed her. I even tried to tip the other employee for actually doing an amazing job and making me feel welcomed but she had already walked away. Honestly used to be my go to shop, now it's horrible customer service. I always call ahead and do curb side pick up since I have my child with me usually. I called today before I headed out since it's a drive & I placed my order- I got there and I called I was being helped by Lucero - I was outside in my car waiting for over 20 minutes ( whole time w my child in the car) I call her back to see if they forgot about me and she let me know they're busy & wont be able to do the curb side. Go to spot for my clones, tried a different shop and it took 3 weeks to get them and they came out horrible. Came back here and had another great run except I did get mites. Could be my fault or not. Will return and do another run and watch everything closely. Long drive but worth it. Never had quality issues with clone or powdery mildew issues.
