Came to this store and as it was my first time they have to ask about your phone number and email. However I always tell each store I do not want to give my phone number and email and they always skip that part. Except this store. The bald security guard said it's mandatory to give your phone number and email to even be allowed into the store. That is absurd and I'm certain is not a real policy. As a local resident of North Hollywood and a formerly loyal, daily customer who spent over $100 a day here, I'm writing this as a warning to others. Rebud operates on a persistent bait-and-switch model. They heavily advertise specific products on their online menu to get you in the door, but when you arrive, those items are mysteriously 'out of stock' and you are pressured into buying different products. When I finally asked management why their physical vault never matches their online Track-and-Trace inventory and expressed concern about their compliance practices, the owner's response was to immediately ban me from the store in retaliation. If a business punishes its most loyal, high-spending customers for asking basic questions about transparency and inventory, you have to wonder what else they are hiding behind the counter. Save your time and money. There are plenty of honest dispensaries in the valley that actually have the products they advertise and treat their regulars with respect. read more

NOW MY BIGGEST ISSUE WITH THIS DELIVERY SERVICE is it's false advertisement 2hrs is what the delivery time is however I always end up waiting around closer 2hrs and 40 mins or 3hrs it's ridiculous for the delivery fee. To NOT EVEN CALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WAITING AND SAY HEY WERE GONNA TAKE LONGER by atleast an hour. BUT YOU BET THEYRE NEVER LATE TO SEND YOY THAT LEDGER GREEN REQUEST FOR THEIR MONEY. NOT EVEN 20 off or a joint or something FOR THE INACCURATE WAIT just shows how the dispensaries that start off like a good idea devolve into lying and unprofessional Business practices. My first time here was great. I had a very pleasant and kind girl who helped me. I didn't get her name but she had brown hair, gauges, glasses, and a piercing. I was actually very surprised and pleased with how knowledgeable she was. I asked her what she recommended for something terpy and tasty and a good strong OG indica dominant taste. She recommended me the Yoda by Lime and the Kush Mints by West Coast. One at 28 a gram the other at 24, with my first time here they give you a 30% discount which was awesome!! That made it really worth it. I do want to come here again but I will be on a look out for sales on concentrates because they don't really do the " happy hour" or specific days for deals on all products, instead it's sales on certain brands. So I might come here again if I can find the sales on concentrates. read more

If you want a quality service with delivery of your medicine don't come here. My last three deliveries have been hours late and tonight they legit canceled my delivery after waiting for hours. I left notes in the comments and even called after waiting an hour with no confirmation. Then a guy from a different location calls me and says they won't be delivering my order because they have staffing issues and can schedule it first thing tomorrow morning. I needed my medicine tonight. That's why I ordered it early in the evening and called to follow up. This isn't a joke to me and a measly 30% off my next order doesn't even cover the taxes I pay on the product. Now I have to suffer through the night in pain because of lack of competence, communication and compassion. Between all y'all locations I could have gotten my order you're just refusing when I have been a loyal customer that always tips my drivers. Cannabis is medicine for a majority of people who consume. Don't receive points like you should, I've gotten wrong orders delivered to me and have had to run out to Catch the driver, I've been delivered joints that are packaged up but just an empty tube no joint inside, overcharged on the same order and then told to next time order a different way so I don't get overcharged. How is it my fault if I one ordered a joint that you were out of stock off so the joint I replaced it with was cheaper when the budtender called so then my order total should of changed correct because I received a reciept online as to what the new total was and what I was getting but yet I was still charged the original price on top of never getting that joint or even the credit either like I was told. Same situation when multiple orders went without points when your system wasn't adding them with paytender for almost like a month told it be fixed multiple times never got fixed I just gave up asking. read more
