I was just in trulieve on 9 mile road and it was right before closing and they were having a huge…read moresale. It was so busy at 7:40 that there was no where to park until a customer left and I pulled in the space. I checked in online but an associate came outside at 7:50 to tell anyone outside they had to be inside the building before 8pm. Inside the building, every seat was taken. however the line of people waiting moved fairly quickly. when its was my turn to go back i went in immediately, upon entering im disturbed to see that the girl who was set to be helping me was being "bullied" by another customer to the point of she was about to cry because the woman was threatening her job, demanding her name so she could contact her "good friend the owner"*. she insisted the employee was just beyond rude to her...i didnt see that at all tonight in any interaction between them....and frankly this girl was always polite to me in the past. what I saw was a spoiled entitled bully that is a huge cause of why so many people dont want to work anywhere these days. The woman was attacking her and saying she had "ruined her night" The irony is that its exactly what she did to Brooke.....Arlo stepped up now and continued my transaction because Brooke couldn't stop her tears from coming at that point. My heart goes out to both of them. Brooke for her very clear suffering and Arlo because she had clear concern and empathy for and i quote "her friend going through that unessary attack for no valid reason".... They are both wonderful examples of the kind of caring and empathetic souls that should be serving clients in this industry....Bravo! I dont know if the woman threatening actually knows the owner but if I was the owner and I was friends with her I would be embarrassed by the way that woman behaved while name dropping so self righteously.....she was very very wrong.

She should not be handling phone calls and dealing with patients, she was incredibly insulting and unwilling to help me whatsoever. I needed to make a new doc appointment to renew my card. Apparently the doctor, Dr. Raymond, is not available. He is the only doctor they have working for this shit company and just takes off for vacations for long periods of time, so according to Kayla he won't be back to help patients renew their cards indefinitely. He is also one of the most apathetic coldest doctors I have ever dealt with and is unwilling to answer any questions or provide any information. I have been without my medical card for weeks. Fortunately I am switching doctors to Marijuana Doctor on Cypress Gardens where I actually received help from someone who has compassion and doesn't treat their patients like garbage. Heed my warning fellow medical marijuana users, don't be fooled by their website or phony reviews, these people are the worst and should be shut down for good!
