I was the first customer today on 420 and did not get one single thing!!! WOW THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE THEY HAD NOTHING!!!

First I'd like to say, things seem to go a lot faster since the wall was taken down. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also it is Not the bud tenders fault that they ran out of your favorite strain, but also on a side note they used to call and let you know your order was cancelled due to the product being out, and to see if you'd like to replace it with something else.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] With that being said my orders are being filled a lot quicker than ever which is awesome! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Next on the employees they are great! But there are three who stand out for knowledge, professionalism, attitude, attention, patience and just a love for their patients that is Kristen, Calvin and David. It always makes my experience with going to Trulieve on Davis better when I see one of those three and even if I'm having a rough day I always manage to smile and chat while I'm waiting. Kristen is a rock star! She is always so nice with a smile. She is definitely one of my favorites at this location. She has always been on point with the strains she recommends. Kristen has never steered me wrong. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, kind, patient always one of my favorite Bud tenders to see at this location. David has got the Trulieve on Davis running so much better, faster and more efficient than it I believe has ever ran. I've been going to this location since they had opened. And since David has been at this location I like coming here so much more. He is always there with a smile, he's fast, professional, and so very kind. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Staff here is normally pretty nice, doesn't seem consistent though. Although I normally avoid this place because the inventory online is not accurate and the wait time is horrendous. They even have a "check in online" to reduce your wait time - it tells you you're ready to be served and to check in, then you wait another 30 min to hour after check in. I'm surprised that they even offer this service since they have never been able to help you in the time quoted. Looking at other reviews the wait time seems to be an issue for most patients and for quite some time, based on how nothing has changed at the store, it's clear management sadly doesn't try or care. Update: Another 2 weeks has pass and no one has contacted or followed up with my concerns or issues that has been going on with staff. Businesses like TL don't care about losing people like me. But if more of us made a decision to not let company's treat us however maybe businesses would be more diligent in customer service. Products are amazing but integrity and client services is not. Prior review:Although I'm not one to typically leave reviews the experience with TL is at max mediocre. The customer service is hit and miss. Managers say they will call you back due to an issue with their staff and don't. They have staff that are not on the same page and discusses staff personal business. My overall issue is Customer Service and how they deal with medicinal clients. And I'm sure I get labeled difficult but I just believe in a standard of how you deal with people. The longest wait no matter if you put your order online or not. Be prepared for over an hour wait no matter what time of day you go. They may have the lowest prices, but the wait is unreasonable and the management is not doing their job staffing correctly. Extremely slow no matter how busy or if you order ahead. Literally the only dispensary that takes so long for no apparent reason.

I arrived at 3 minutes to 5:00 pm. Got off my motorcycle walked 10 feet to the door, opened it and started to walk in and was confronted by some dude with a weak beard and Cracker Jack badge around his neck and tells me they are closed. "We have four people in line" was what he said as he ushered me out. The two most common indicators that a business is open are store hours and an open unlocked door. I experienced both. Today for the first time in over a year I got in quickly was served quickly and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I might add I placed my order online where it generally takes 3 hours to be filled, and I was contacted within the hour my order was ready! I can not recommend this establishment, this is the third time I placed an internet order 16 hours prior to pick up, and they sell my order the people inside oh and say it's more of a first come first serve, even with the 24-hour pick up, so for all y'all who are looking to buy your medical marijuana and looking at that card at this point it is not worth you spending the $299 for the appointment and then the $75 for the card because you will not buy flower anywhere, Trulieve are the only company allowed to sell flower aka"bud" in our area, and they are always out of most of their stock (all Flower)by 12 pm every Mon-weds-friday when the stock trucks comes in. Great experience so far. I've been ordering delivery from Trulieve for several months, and it is consistently good. Good service, good communication, and good quality product. Oh, and Trulieve, while still expensive, is cheaper than basically everybody else. But that hasn't meant the staff didn't treat me well, etc. when I've spoken to them on the phone they were always helpful courteous. The delivery guy is super cool, too. And they have a nice wide selection of weed including some real favorite strains. I've never been in the store, but nobody I've spoken to or met from Trulieve has done me wrong. No matter how nice the people are inside they still don't have a clue what they're doing, Especially after being open for so long.
