Place is located right next to Walgreens in the shopping center down by the train, so it's easy to miss. Service inside was very friendly and they were very on top of everything. Got a shirt and suit dry cleaned. Price for both was ~$18, which is a bit pricey but everything came out good. Given previous experiences I've had with cleaners, and the level of service, I'll take it. They also have tailoring and pickup/delivery, both of which I will probably use at some point.

They told me to come back in an hour and they'd have it fixed, which they did. So bonus points for a quick turnaround. But what was really amazing was, when I went back in to pick up the pants (the first time) they told me I'd dropped $60 in cash as I was leaving, and they didn't notice it till I had driven away.
