I am not normally one to write business reviews, but I felt it was important to write this one. I…read morewas experiencing an issue with my MacBook Pro laptop. The battery was not holding a charge. I brought it into AAT for an opinion and it was determined that the battery had reached the end of it's useful life. They offered me three choices of battery from economy to best. I chose the best option as I have loved the laptop, I bring it on all my travels and it functions flawlessly. During the repair, it was discovered that the battery management module had failed. The repair took longer because they needed to order a module and replace it to make sure the problem was completely repaired. I understood and waited for the repair to be completed. When the repair was finished, I went to pick up the laptop expecting to have to pay, at a minimum, for the needed part. I was told that there would be NO CHARGE! I actually tried really hard to at least pay for the part, but they said NO, it is covered under the battery repair and that it was their policy to cover the issue. I was shocked, but happy at the same time. It is rare in today's business world to see a business stand up to their work where it would have been very easy to give me a bill and say, sorry it's your laptop and your problem. They did not!! When I returned home and began daily use of the laptop, I discovered another problem with the power/battery operation. The laptop would only turn on from a powered off situation, if the charger was plugged in. I returned it to them and they fixed that problem.....once again, without a charge! AAT was more than fair with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them for any electronic repairs you will need. I would give them 10 stars, but Yelp only goes as high as 5.

If it still doesn't work, bring it back and it will be fixed for free. 2nd time I went at 10:00 when they are supposed to open according to the website. I waited till 11:10 and nobody showed up. I called several times while waiting with no answer. 3rd time they said maybe they put in a defective battery. They will replace it. I told them I came the other day and waited over an hour and nobody showed up. He said he WAS there, pretty much calling me a liar. I believe the first time he just tried some setting adjustments hoping to help the battery run better but charging me for a new battery. I hope they did put a new battery this time, but I have no confidence that it is a quality battery. I will not do business with this company again.

unless you want to pay to have someone break your phone, dont bother…read more took my phone in for a simple superficial crack in the screen, phone functioned 100%. they swap the screen and suddenly it stops responding to touch and my phone no longer vibrates. i go back a second time and explain to the same employee, "20 minutes" turns to an hour+, and the tech working on the phone apparently had not even been told about the vibrate issue and only swapped the screen again. now this screen has the same issue plus randomly types and backspaces on its own. i come back a third time and explain that each time they open my phone they make the problems worse, i want a refund. i paid 2/3 of the price i couldve gotten the phone new for, and now have an unusable phone rather than a slightly cracked working phone. the employee i initially spoke with flat out lies to his managers face and says i never told him about he vibration issue. they refused a refund despite destroying a previously functioning phone. when i said, if they go in to fix one problem and make it worse and create another in the process, its not my problem they need to make it right, and i was told "its not my problem either" by the manager.
