The owner Raymond Reavis is always good at returning my emails sent from time to time when I may have an issue which is rare. The size of our house in Killearn Acres is 1475 Square Feet and we have a fairly large front and back yard. Mr. Reavis has had some price increases but he has tried to keep the prices down and there has only been 2-3 price increases in 10 years. We started off at $75.00 per month and are now at $108.00 per month which is a lot lower than most of the competitors the size of Grass Monkey's. They take credit cards as payment with no fee as well.
