They kept promising a date and time and would not show up. Once the service man arrived he was very friendly but the labels that were installed on our vehicles were immediately peeling. Some labels were missing from my order and Aubrey promised several times to bring them to the office but never did. After several phone calls to Aubrey and his office staff and unfulfilled promises from him I decided to leave this review. I would not recommend this company at all, spend your money elsewhere where you can get good service.

I recently needed to replace some printer ink and decided to stop here. The store is located on the southern corner of the plaza. When I came in, they weren't very busy at all. I was able to quickly browse and find what I needed. Checkout was fine. It took awhile for someone to come to man the cashier's desk. The staff was doing other things. But not long enough for me to get upset about it. I have a corporate account that I've used at this chain forever. So it's convenient and gives me rewards for returning used cartridges, as well.
