They have 2 parking lots and the larger lot has 2 access points which is helpful. There is a shopping center with a Target within walking distance and a Shop Rite and CVS within a 5 min drive. I've stayed with them many times and it's been comfortable. The only drawback is that they covered up the pool and replaced it with an activity area that is less desirable in my opinion.

The neighborhood was pretty safe there was a security guard on patrol most nights I never saw any incidents inside the complex a fee times peoples tires got stolen over night but I believe that guy was caught by police and he was coming from somewhere else because it was so quiet in roxborough... Don't live here if you are a single woman…read more When I first moved here, I thought this was the perfect starter apt for me. We had 24hr security, and the building/neighborhood was safe. Over the last two years, it's proven to be extremely unsafe. First, someone continues to leave roses at my apt door without a note. This has happened 3 times. When I bring this up to management, they say there's no cameras on the actual building floors and maybe it's someone that I know. I am 100% positive it is not. To get above the 1st floor you need a key fob. I believe it's someone who lives here and is watching me. I fear that this anonymous person can harm me and get away with it. Because management is not taking this matter seriously, I had to buy a ring camera to deter this person from leaving any more roses at my front door. Second my car was stolen from the premesis in May 2025. Management was not helpful at all. They will not release the footage to me to help me better protect myself in the future if I were to buy another car. The cameras outside and far and few between. I was told "they only record when crime occurs".... Whatever that means. I'd say a car being stolen off the premises is an actual crime. There has been 3 other individuals that I know of that have gotten their car stolen overnight from the premises. The latest one in June 2025. There are also multiple car break ins on the premises that I learned about from other residents after my car was stolen. Look. it up on the citizens app. When these car thefts and break ins occur, management does not notify the residents. They sweep it under the rug in hopes that no one finds out. There is a parking garage, and had I known about these break ins, I easily would have paid the additionally fee to have my car safe. There was a murder in our building in June 2025. Management sent an email out to residents saying there was an "incident" and did not address the real occurrence. I had to find out on the news, instagram and family sending me texts about the building I live in. Look it up online on 10 NBC Philadelphia news There has been multiple unsafe lobby incidents where someone trashed the lobby throwing all of the furniture and glass around. That was in 2024. Additionally in 2024 someone broke the front glass door to get in the building. Security went from 24 hours to concierge for 12 hours each day. There is no one maintaining the safety of the property. I have reached out to management given the circumstances and they do not have a solution moving forward. They are "trying" to figure things out. My guess is it is going to take someone being raped, a few more deaths and car thefts before they actually do something about it. I have reached out to management multiple times. Most recently Kristen from corporate 2 weeks ago via phone and email to discuss a plan moving forward. She still has not called me back. These are serious issues that need to be addressed and until they are, I do not recommended anyone move here. Especially a woman. It's just not worth your safety. However, when I rented in 2024-2025, the experience was completely different. I think it's the office management, led by Marissa, but probably also Kaiserman corporate office has changed. They have become non responsive to residents, and very defensive. There were also many problems with water lines and gas lines. I feel so sorry for families with young children having to go without for days at a time. And no refunds to anyone. It's sad, as there aren't many rentals in the area that accept dogs, and again, the location is fantastic. However, I am so glad to be out, and warn anyone considering the move, it all changes once you are a resident. The office is literally hostile. Except for Cat who seems competent and human. I hope Kaiserman will consider making her the manager. Maybe things would improve!
