Turns out a squirrel made a home under one of my panels and ate through some wire and a converter. The techs found the area where the damage was done and fixed it with a new part. By the way, they handled my service call within 2 days and also had to deal with snow in spots on the roof. They took the damaged component to remove it from the monitoring system and added the replacement. The interior design of the apartments was one of the best I'd seen in this price range and location. The overall building is also secure. You need a fob or code to get in. Delivery packages can also be delivered inside the building through a code instead of being left outside. The apartment's digital intercom also allow you to see who's outside. Management for the building is also very responsive and accommodating. They really try to work with you if any issues to arise. The only downsides of this building are the construction next door and the thin walls.
