Fairly priced, thorough massage. They don't speak a lot of English, so it may be difficult to tell them where to focus, but in my experience, that isn't necessary. I have went twice now and first I have to give credit, the massages were above and beyond. I did leave feeling relaxed. It's everything else that was...well, weird. They have salon style swinging doors, meaning as I was undressing, anyone walking by could see me naked. My panties stayed on per the sign, but my bra did come off. As I lay down the therapist came in and rolled the sheet down, tucking it into my panties...then pulling my panties completely down and baring my butt!! I've been getting deep tissue massages here since maybe 2016. Lily and her staff have always been very professional and excellent at what they do. There have been times I've been really knotted up and the therapist have had to work very hard on my muscles and you can see how exhausted they are by the end. Yet they are always extremely polite and patient. I recommend them highly and I also recommend giving the same therapist multiple opportunities to work on your problem areas. Tried to call multiple times to set up an appointment it seems that she just plays games and refuses to schedule appointments I'm not sure how everyone who said that it's easy to schedule an appointment got an appointment because I've been calling for three days now both in the morning and at lunch and she's told me each day to call back the next day and then claimed that there is no availability first thing in the morning but won't schedule for the next day or even give clarity about what is available over the coming week. read more

I stopped in one day for a massage. Will never go back. The lady led me to a room with swinging doors. That you can see under and over. She asked me to disrobe. Ok then she came back and took the sheet from my shoulders and down my back and pulled my underwear down as well and tucked the sheet in them. I wanted to bolt right then. But it got worse. She started the massage when someone entered the store. By the way you can hear everything in the building. She left the room and believe it, she sent another one to finish with me, and she takes the man into a room and starts giving him a massage. So I will admit this was a good to very good hour massage (although directions were a bit unclear as to what was going on) and I would come back for the reasonably priced massage alone errrr maybe not? What I was not prepared for was the extremely awkward interaction at checkout. She ran my card and asked how much I wanted to tip (very tacky IMO). But lately, it has been very disappointing as they don't speak English, always try to "upsell " you to a more $$$ service but then act like they don't understand you when you stick to the $30 hour foot massage. My husband and I have been to the 4th street location several times and always had a most relaxing experience. Today was no exception. We had the 60 minute body massage and Lily was amazing. ABSOLUTELY do not recommend unless you want to leave saying... "Wait... what just happened? Was that normal?". Strong language barrier between employees and English speaking clients, which means very little talking besides "this way", "in here", "undress" and "face down". My first red flag was that I was asked to undress in a small room that did not have a proper door on it. They had saloon doors. So anyone walking by and over 5'6" could see into my room as I am undressing and laying face down on the table. There was a sign saying to leave underwear on, cool, I'm fine with that. I laid on the table and when I went to put my face in the hole, there was paper towel on it... and not the soft expensive kind, but like the scratchy stuff on sale at Walmart. I half expected to put my face down into the hole and expect to see someone staring back at me. It was weird. This next part... I mean... how do I say this... so I have had many many many massages before, but mostly on the road at hotel spas or on vacation. So when the employee (I don't know if I can call them massage therapists) lowered the sheet down my back, it was normal... as she started to tuck it into my underwear... again, fairly normal... what WASN'T normal is that she then pulled my underwear down with the sheet... ... ... I am now laying... face down... with my butt out and exposed. No one asked me if this was ok, no one told me this would happen, and I was certainly happy that no one AT ALL walked by to see my bare butt out and open to the public. I didn't feel violated by any means, but my eyes definitely bolted open like "what the what???". The massage was ok, honestly, scalp massage was best, but I couldn't help but think the entire time, is she gonna roll me over and expose my breasts too at some point?? It was just weird. Nothing at all like a Swedish or deep tissue massage. Oh - also she burped during it at one point. I have been in there twice before, the first time I was sent away as I needed an appointment ahead of time, but there was a gentleman in there, late 40's early 50's blue collar kind of dude. Today as I was leaving there were two men... exact same type of guy. Not sure if they all work together or what, but I found that very strange. A bare butt massage and then three men fitting the same description there... just weird. Not worth the money and not worth the weirdness. Will not return. read more
