I walked in this Sunday around noon with a friend and we both had a one hour massage. My massage therapist was Larry, and I felt like his massage technique was perfect. I had asked for more of a deep tissue pressure as I tend to carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and lower back and was pleasantly surprised with how relaxing it actually was. I felt immediately better and went to work that afternoon feeling lighter (albeit sore in a good way). The environment of the spa is fine, I don't necessarily need much when it comes to the ambiance of a spa but it was good for the price point. There was also a $10 discount for each of our massages as it was before 1pm, so that was also nice to find out after the fact. I'm on an extended work assignment in Fort Lauderdale, and will try to have one more massage before I leave. Hopefully a 90 minute massage next! read more

My partner and I have gone several times... I actually consider us regulars. One night we both received the worst massages of our live, strange it happened to both of us on the same visit. We contacted the manager since we were so upset and he offer a free half hour for each of us and promised not to give us the same massage therapist. It's been good since then until tonight. We went and the bf had a great massage and I had a new employee and didn't get the massage that I am use to. It wasn't horribly but very very disappointing. Feeling a little sore after moving furniture I stopped by the recently opened Green Jade Mens Spa for a quick massage. I found it to be a rather simple setup of a massage parlor. Everything was super clean, orderly and well organized. My masseur was from China and my guess would be that the other masseurs were as well. I was lead to simple room with a clean sheeted massage table where you strip down to your underwear, lay face down and stick your nose and mouth through one of those donut like things; resembling a small padded toilet seat. My masseur had a rather different technique. He covered me with a towel and for the most part, messaged me through the towel. That probably would have been just fine except I think the towel, like the masseur, also came from China as it was of a rather rough in an abrasive sort of way. He also had the odd technique of, instead of the usual message rubbing, did a lot of squeezing. Matter fact, he kept squeezing so much that I began to feel like a piece of fruit; which in a manner of speaking, I suppose I am. But this was a little more of over squeezing like what a piece of fruit gets in a Jewish produce market. Overall, however, not bad and at $60 for a one hour message, a decent enough bargain. read more

It can be great and it can be very average borderline unpleasant. It used to be ok because it was much cheaper than a professional massage now with the tip it's about $110 and not worth it if you get a lame masseur. And as they change masseurs all the time you never know who you'll get. Pity. I will not return. read more

I have been a client of Green Jade since it opened probably over 5 years ago. For the most part, I have been happy with the services. The establishemnt is clean and comfortable. The last few tiems when I was in, my time was always short. I dont mind if its 5 minutes, or a few minutes even. Today, as always, I schedule a 90 minute. Todays was extremly cut short by 18 mintes. I also felt that while receiving the massage from Larry the owner/manager, it was a little rushed. He was also interrupted 3-4 times by staff. All of this plus having my time cut short left me with a less than satisfied feeling. So, while I would normally give them a 5 star, today was not. I am not saying do not go but be aware of these issues. I will be back. I am a long time regular. I just hope these issues do not happen again. read more

Jade Men's spa is no-frills spa located in the heart of Wilton Manors. What's great is that it offers up a variety of services from reflexology to table showers, but doesn't skimp on the quality. An added bonus is that the prices are very reasonable. They have a few stations out in front where you can get foot massages. Personally, I've never gotten one, and probably never will, but people seem to enjoy them. The massage rooms are clean, very sterile feeling, all white and dark. One thing I don't like is they use like a paper towel to cover the table which basically sticks to you if any lotions are used. Sometimes there is a language barrier between you and the masseur so be patient when trying to describe the pressure you're wanting. The staff is very friendly and pretty good at what they do. I've always left feeling quite relaxed, sometimes even sleepy because the pressure of the massage was perfect. For any guy, especially one on a budget (sorry ladies), this is a perfect place to go. read more

The massage was ok but not great. You could tell that the masseuse was not professionally trained. He didn't apply pressure on symmetrical body parts evenly, so I feel lopsided now. He didn't locate and work out knots in my muscles very well. He did not act in a professional manner either. He was trying to make jokes with me while giving me a massage which was distracting and not very relaxing. The room also smelled bad. First of all, and most important at this time, the safety and sanitation of this business is impeccable. Masks are used 100% of the time. Temperature is taken when arriving after completing a screening questionnaire and the treatment room is cleaned with EPA list-N approved disinfectants after each use. Broward County guidelines strictly followed. Ask Sen, the manager, and he will show you. I usually use one of two therapists - both excellent. When I have an issue needing more attention, Sen uses all parts of his body to adjust and relieve my problem. For a regular relaxing massage, I use Tim. Find him to be truly caring about my needs. And did I mention they are very reasonable? I usually do a 90 minute session with each and come out feeling great from head to toes. Would highly recommend this whether it is an issue you need addressed or just need some time for yourself. read more

Two friends and myself went here for massages yesterday, and enjoyed our services. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The massage focused mainly on full body compressions. The table shower was an experience like none other. The water is warm and feels great, but after the heat from that shower the rest of the spa seems to be a bit chilly. The therapists keep it quiet and don't talk to you during the massage, which is great.. but the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations from the lobby. We'd go back. read more

What A Great Experience I have been wanting to try Green Jade Spa for a long time as it is right near my house. Finally made time for myself and glad I did. I wanted to do a body scrub before the massage. When the masseur lead me into the "scrub" room I was impressed. A room with a specially designed table that you lay on and allows the masseur to give you the scrub. With a portable shower head allows for a complete rinse off. After drying off, was lead into a massage room. The massage was great and the pressure was exactly how I wanted it to be. The owner is very pleasant and made sure that the masseur I was going to be with understood my desired pressure and type of massage I wanted. The rates are reasonable with or without the body scrub. I highly recommend adding the scrub to your experience. I look forward to my next visit!! read more

I recently moved some furniture and my feet were killing me. I live right around the corner so decided to try a foot massage for 35 minutes. No one spoke much English, which didn't bother me, but became an issue later. The massage itself was okay, but the massage therapist used rubber gloves which just isn't the same. Also I was in a chair out in the open, as opposed to the private rooms they have where a saw an elderly gentleman walk in with another employee (wonder what happened there!). Midway through the massage, I noticed sounds: cell phones ringing, the men talking in another language fairly nonstop, and another employee who walked in, sat on a couch near me watching videos on his phone, and kept sucking his teeth!! I glanced over several times and neither the perpetrator nor the man doing my massage seemed to care. These noises were, to say the least, distracting and I couldn't really even focus on the relaxing music they had in the background. I was told the massage was over and looked at my phone. It began at 4:11pm and ended at 4:40. I went up to pay and told the manager I had received a 29 minute massage, not a 35-min one as promised. The man who massaged me proceeded to raise his voice and was speaking rather aggressively to the manager, presumably about me. I maintained that I had checked my phone at the start and finish and the manager argued with me, stating his clock is faster but he too had timed it. I chose not to tip for the plenty of reasons I just mentioned: poor atmosphere, rude employees, short massage, rubber gloves, etc. Look, I'm all about supporting local businesses. I tried this place with an open mind despite a friend of mine telling me he went in for a full body massage last year and was offered a "full service" massage. I figured I'm just getting my feet. The massage as I said was mediocre but the lack of customer service I experienced, along with the sheer unprofessionalism, makes it simply not worth trying when there are dozens of other establishments in the area. We stopped in for an hour long reflexalogy foot massage. Was a little unsure at first, but everyone was very nice, the place was clean and the masseurs know what they were doing! Since my neck had a kink in it, I went back later that night and has an hour massage. One of those massages where they walk on your back... incredibly deep and incredibly perfect. I used to recommend this place because the massages were good and the price was reasonable. This last time (January 2020) Green Jade apparently has a new manager and the experience wasn't the same. My partner and I had a couples massage for an hour and my masseur left the room five times to deal with a walk in customer. His massage was substandard and he would jab me in my side as part of the massage, and it hurt. I will not be returning to this business. read more

Very nice and clean place. I give the service 4.5 stars. Very good massage. The table shower was pretty nice as well. I would give the rest of experience 2.5 maybe 3 stars. The place was way too cold for a massage place. When you're nude and wet you want warmth. Even after the table shower- the massage room was too cold by my standards. Another suggestion/constructive criticism-- ask other clients to be quiet when massages are taking place. If the employees need to talk they should do it in a place where they can not be heard by clients getting massage. It is distracting to hear loud conversations when trying to relax and get a massage. I have had 2 great massages here in the past month. The massage therapists were young and didn't speak a lot of English, but we managed to communicate with the help of the owner. They both had strong hands. The first massage was done by Jack. He started light and I was concerned that I wasn't going to be happy, but I asked him for a lot more pressure and he was amazing. He had great technique. I've been getting 1 massage per week for 30 years without fail. I will go back here for a 3rd. My only advice to the owner would be to provide a sheet on the table. I don't care about being naked on a table, but it gets cold and I would like to be covered up when the door opens up when visible to the lobby area.
