IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING CARTS ON 12 FOR SERVICE, PARTS OR A PURCHASE FOR YOUR SAKE PLEASE DONT! I called them and asked if they could install a factory provided light kit on a $20K Bintelli. They said no problem and it would be done in a day or two (dealer says their techs install in 45 min) After being told it would be done "next week" and calling weekly for 6 weeks I showed up amd asked to see my cart and what had been done. I FOUND MY CART COVERED IN MUD IN A FIELD SITTING IN YHE RAIN ALONG WITH THE PARTS I BROUGHT THEM TO INSTALL. WORSE OFF IT WAS FULL OF MICE THAT HAD CHEWED THROUGH ALL OF THE WIRES IN THE DASH. Just to remind all this a 6 month old $20K custom cart and this is how Ed and Carts on 12 treated my property. Ed assured me they would repair all the damage, detail the cart, compltet the work and deliver it to me in 3 days...well 4 days later, I received a dirty cart, that had been backed into something with an installation that my child could ha e done better. Giant holes, no screws in the lights, wires hanging under my frame, missing fasteners and parts previously installed at the factory and they had backed it into something scratching the rear bumper and breaking the plate lamp. I canceled the measly $500 check that I paid him with once I had inspected the cart and am taking it to a real mechanic to have it repaired. Sent him documentation of what he did and this POS has the nerve to threaten me with legal action and has contacted/messaged my wife (who was not involved here at all) online. Point is Ed is a liar and their, their techs are unskilled at best and he treats his customers and their property like trash. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM CARTS ON 12 AS YOU CAN!!!!!

We also rented kayaks that the owner, Art, delivered to the launch site along a nice river. Again, at no charge. Finally, we treated ourselves and the kids and rented a paddleboard for the day to play with in Lake Michigan. Again, no charge for delivery and pick up from the beach. Pain free fun!!! Art and his wife are friendly and knowledgeable and completely accommodating. We will use them again for sure!!

They had scheduled appointment customers they were helping and managed to work us right in without neglecting them. Art and Shelly are fair, knowledgeable and extremely kind. Art spent so much time with us explaining the ebike world to us and making sure we made an informed decision with test rides and answering all our questions. Before we left he made sure everything was fit and working properly to our satisfaction and patiently making changes to our needs. I feel confident Art and Shelly will continue to support our purchase above and beyond should we have any future problems or repairs. Our maiden trip was 18 miles on some hill country that I certainly would not have entertained on my mountain bike. In my late 50's it has opened up a whole new world of possibilities and much needed exercise. If you are considering an ebike go to RAR first!

We had our brand new golf cart stored with Lan Cam for the past winter with the commitment that it would be winterized, stored, inspected and cleaned before having it returned to us this spring. Quite the opposite actually happened. The cart was delivered a full month late (compared to the week-long lead time we were initially told). We had to call repeatedly to check the status. But the experience only goes downhill from there. It arrived filthy with raccoon feces in the back compartments and within 5 minutes of the first drive, the battery died and we had to push the cart home. It's evident that the cart was never winterized or properly stored. When I called for answers, I was told that raccoons infested some of their storage facilities and the cart should have been cleaned, which means that they never planned to disclose the issue with me. No solution (such as a cleaning -- which I paid for -- or a refund) was offered. I've since called Lan Cam three times, and each time, they promised that the owner would call me back. Maybe this review will get his attention, but I doubt it. This company gives a bad name to small businesses that work hard to serve its neighbors. Avoid this place at all costs.

So, of course we can't use the golf cart rental. South Haven is full of tourists, all golf carts are reserved, there is no way this golf cart would not be rented sometime during the weekend. They refused to refund our money, so we're out over 300.00 for three days of cart rental. I have owned a business...I would never treat a customer like that. This just shows you what kind of owners this business has. Go somewhere else where they'll treat your fairly.
