Each year their plows dig up more of my grass. All they did was throw seed on it in April which was washed away in the rain. I am trying to reseed so I asked for NO Mow May. I walked outside today to hear them say they are moving next week whether I want them to or not. Really. I don't have a say or a right to a discussion as to why. Poor quality service. We reached out to Green Oasis and asked for them to come out and reshape 2 garden beds as well as an area in front of our septic mound. This was to divert water away from our house during rains. They gave us multiple quotes to cover different ways of doing it and were able to squeeze in the work late into the season (we were worried about the snow melt in the spring, so they did it this fall). They came out and were very professional and kept us up to date on what they were doing and how things were going. We have had major improvements with water flow away from the house and the garden beds and septic area look so much better. Josh's crew did an amazing job and Jared worked with us to keep the cost within our budget. We are very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping. read more

After politely asking a worker named Casey if they had a plant in stock, she snappily replied "no" and as I walked away from receiving a very snarky tone, she decided to add "nothing like that here." After walking into the back of the store, I found an entire section of the plant I was asking about. Very dissatisfied with her customer service, attitude, and lack of helpfulness. She made absolutely no effort to assist me with finding the plant or understand the question I was asking. Casey, I suggest you do better. Once going to the counter, the alternative worked was very helpful and nice while checking me out. It's very unfortunate that one worker could give off such a negative vibe from this lovely plant shop. read more

We have had Green Oasis for years, and as others have mentioned, prices have kept going up and up. They have done our grass treatments and mosquito spraying, and we always have had a good rapport. We contracted this summer to have them come and groom some areas of our grass after cement work was done on our driveway and patio. We agreed on work to be done for close to $2000. Pictured is the result of the project. We trusted that they would do a good job and are very disappointed. When we held back payment for the job and expected some compensation, Matt, the manager said that it was "our fault" that the grass was not growing. Look at what was planted!!! He came to the house and said, they could redo the areas, but that needed to wait until Fall. In the meantime, the billing came and with our recent complaints, Matt has now cut us off of our account with Green Oasis. We are fine with that, but it's the way it was handled by someone who needs experience dealing with customers and especially "long-term" customers. Matt informed us that we were no longer going to be serviced in an email, and was very arrogant. Be careful with your hiring by this company...we wish we would have gotten other bids, and not trusted them just because they do our other lawn care. The spokesperson, Matt, does not seem to care about customer relationships and the reputation of this company. read more

I have been relying on Green Oasis for my lawn spraying for about 5 years due to a lack of other operators in my area. These people are very friendly however they are completely unreliable. They repeatedly send notice that they will be spraying my property on a particular day and then no show. This is incredibly frustrating and despite complaints the service has never improved. If you absolutely don't care if and when your property gets sprayed these are the guys for you. Otherwise if you have any options due yourself a favor and steer clear. read more

We had an irrigation system installed last fall, and it blew up on New Years Day, flooding our downstairs area. They assured me that they would fix it right away in the spring and cover the cleaning cost. I have called repeatedly to get a technician out to resolove the issue. No luck! I contracted with Green Oasis on April April 23rd to have my landscaping redone. It's now a month later and I have heard nothing. Diggers hotline was out weeks ago to mark the yard, which has since grown out. On one in the office seems to know when they will be out to start the project. Contracted for lawn core aeration and fall over seeding. The service provider, which I later found out was a manager, wedged my fence gate and damaged it and then left the fence open when they left. Hard to justify paying service providers to come to my house and mess things up when they are performing their service. read more

I stopped in on Memorial Day about 4:00 to replace a couple of plants that didn't make it from last year. I asked for help and was greeted with a not very friendly look. While heading to the front to pay, I had to pull my cart to the side and wait for the two employees to pass by me without so much as an excuse me or a thank you. When I got to the register and asked the clerk a question, I was greeted with a snippy answer before she even let me finish fully explaining what I was asking. After paying, I was not offered a thank you, all I got was a "you will have to leave by the side door because the front door is already locked", which surprised me because it wasn't 5:00 yet, and that was the closing time. I know good employees are hard to come by these days, but these two were incredibly rude and should rethink working in customer service. read more

I wish I could give this company a minus score! Buyer beware! Be aware this company charges BY THE HOUR. I hired them to do my windows and they arrived with equipment that didn't work. One of their employees stayed and hand washed five windows slowly while the other one went back to their shop and returned 2 1/2 hours later. Then stayed only an hour and said they had to go to another job. The next day the same slow employee was puttering around and when I asked her to please pick up the pace she stomped off and took all the window washing equipment with her and left the other employee with a hose and a ionizing machine that did not work on my windows. The company tried to charge me $500 for a bunch of unclean windows and five clean ones from the first day. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I consulted another company about this ionizing machine and apparently they don't use it properly thus spotty and dirty windows resulting. Upon complaining to this company about the poor service they decided to charge me anyway. I would stay far far away from this firm. read more

We use year round services. All staff are very professional. Follow up information about the state of the lawn is most helpful as a customer. Grass is already looking great!! I have also purchased a number of pieces of clothing - very original clothing. Love it! read more

I had Green Oasis come out and give me a bid on Landscaping which they did. I told them that we needed the sod put in right away because of the mess and mud but they told me that they couldn't get to it for 1 1/2 months. I called them back to do everything except the sod because we took care of it ourselves and the salesman got so mad and yelled at me over the phone. He said that he wasted how much time to come and give me a quote and just went on and on. I told him that we needed that part done right away but we were still going to have them do everything else which was a substantial amount of money, I guess that was not good enough. This guy was so rude I have never meet a sales person like that and can't believe he even has a job. Green Oasis is really getting a bad name with so many people that I have spoken to. This company is way overpriced, not friendly and so so rude. Never do business with them!!!! read more

Had them clean my windows... what a joke! They sent the bosses daughter (she made sure I knew who she was) who seemed to be stoned off her butt, she took her time (on her phone) and did horrible work. She seemed irritated to be there and left by sneaking away. Then when I called to let them know, but they never called back until they called to collect the money. They are way over priced and I can't believe they started a window washing service and do such horrible work. Don't waste your time or money! read more

Perhaps the store is very nice -- this review is not regarding that part of the business. However, I don't recommend contacting them regarding landscaping or any services. Unless you are a new build and give them the checkbook, they do not seem to be interested. Any other reviews seem rather poor as well. read more

I have had Green Oasis for several years and they were good but the prices kept increasing. I decided to switch to a cheaper company this year. Green Oasis came and sprayed my lawn anyway and left an invoice. I called and told them I will not pay because I got someone else to do it this year. They asked me to at least pay half, which I refused. They asked why I switched and I informed them about the pricing being too high. I was told if I would have talked to them they would have worked with me on the pricing. First of all, I don't think it is my job to call you to get a cheaper price, if I am a "valued" customer (their words). Why wouldn't you keep offering me the lower prices? Now I received the invoice in the mail AGAIN saying I owed for this. I called and left two messages with no response. I finally called for the third time and told them I will not pay this. Still no resolution, they will call me back!! read more

We had them come out and repair our sprinkler line that I broke and were professional and very responsive, they also took care of blowing out the sprinkler lines while they were there. I would recommend them for any of your yard needs. read more

If there is anything less than a one star, that's what I give it. HORRIBLE service. They have destroyed my yard due to lazy unprofessional service, cut my sprinkler line, and someone must definitely be held responsible.
