Thank goodness for living in the information age, right? My insurance was quick to issue a referral here and the location is right between home and work so it was extra convenient. I came here for weekly appointments for nearly six months. Note that they only offer weekday hours from 8AM-5PM, which can be challenging for some jobs. Staff is all female, as are nearly all of the patients I interacted with, which was helpful for setting comfortable space. The office has an open-plan layout so you'll see others working on their exercises and asking questions during their appointments. I can see privacy being a bit of an issue if you have more personal matters to discuss but they do have some private rooms for evaluations, meetings, and other services. As with any sort of PT recovery, you do have to put in the work outside of your appointments to see improvement. Overall, staff were friendly and supportive throughout my time here but I didn't always feel heard when I expressed concern about my recovery. My insurance only covered 30 appointments and it wasn't until the 25th or 26th that they suggested more intensive exercises - I felt that the last few appointments were the most effective but it was frustrating that it was at the end of my time here. Maybe it's on me to have done more research ahead of time but I already had my hands full with everything else postpartum. I felt that most of my time here was just doing Kegels in different positions and there's actually so much more to pelvic PT. At my last appointment, we discussed submitting info to see if my insurance would cover more but I never did hear back.

Despite this, the therapist spent the time she was supposed to be supervising my exercises focused more on getting though her emails/work load before her vacation, prioritizing that over patient safety and correction. * Unreliable Methods: I observed a physical therapist using ChatGPT for clinical answers without verifying against medical sources. * Zero Privacy: The office is cramped; patients can hear everyone's medical and financial details. * Unprofessional Billing: When I asked about a charge, I was told, "I can charge you whatever I want.

Very open, bright, clean and new. The check in process via their iPads is a bit clunky but staff were friendly and jumped in to assist when needed. Our therapist, Betsy, was FANTASTIC. Very attentive and knowledgeable with the type of injury our son had sustained on his back. She provided several exercises that proved useful in getting son back into game shape. Thank you, Betsy!

The quality of care honestly hasn't been the best by none of the therapists working on me for my back. I now go for OT therapy and they finally have an amazing therapist by the name of Javon. I can say he is definitely getting my medical needs taken care of. This location facility is amazing when it comes to equipment. I like this location and the Henderson location for their equipment. This location is clean and bright with amazing views of the mountains. It has lots of windows for you to look out while you're getting your treatment. My office experiences have been fairly pleasant. However, if you need a good hand OT therapist. Please ask for JAVON. He will help heal your medical condition or just make things way better than they ever been before. For my back though. I wish he was able to care for that as well. He brings peace of mind. I give Javon 5 Stars!! Thank you!

From day one, she made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and tailored the therapy to exactly what I needed. She not only helped me recover from my injury, but also taught me ways to manage my pain and prevent future issues. Even after I was officially cleared, I chose to keep scheduling with her because of how much better she made me feel, especially with my tight back muscles. She has an incredible way of combining professionalism with genuine care, and every appointment leaves me feeling better. 10/10 for Dr. Jessie!

This is a huge shout-out for Jeff Dietrich (JD) and Jeff Bowers (JB) at Family and Sports Physical…read moreTherapy (Optimal Therapy Group). Both of these therapists received their advanced graduate degrees in PT at the University of Southern California. I am more than happy to say I just finished a successful course of treatment with Jeff Dietrich for advanced degenerative changes in my lumbar back, including severe spinal canal stenosis, nerve compression, disc protrusions and bulges, and multilevel lumbar facet arthropathy. I am a late-70s female, lifelong athlete and musician who has no intention of sitting around. About Jeff Dietrich: Jeff's technical expertise and advanced knowledge of spine rehabilitation are world-class. I say this because he is the 5th physical therapist I have seen in the 7 years, and the only one who was able to use multiple approaches to solve my pain issues and relearn proper body mechanics--without steroid injections or surgery. On a personal level, he is meticulously focused on the patient's needs and observant of their personal goals. Jeff is also an excellent listener and teacher with the emotional intelligence to motivate anyone willing to commit to the consistent work of physical therapy. I am very grateful that my physician, William Rosenberg, M.D., referred me to JD for rehab. Not only is the staff friendly and efficient, but now I can again participate in the physical activities that bring me joy, without the pain. Big "thanks" to all!

ATI Physical Therapy has been great so far. I called and spoke with someone from scheduling, and…read morethey were able to get an appointment for my husband and me without a long wait. The Centennial location would've been perfect since it's closest to our home, but this location ended up being a wonderful choice. The building is nice with plenty of parking, and the inside felt clean, comfortable, and inviting. The receptionist was professional and friendly, she gave us a few additional forms to fill out that weren't included in the online paperwork, and the process was quick and easy. Once we were brought back, we got right into discussing my injuries, pain levels, and concerns. The therapist was amazing, very easy to talk to, patient, and thorough. She clearly knew what she was doing, and I appreciated how attentive she was throughout the evaluation. The little massage she gave me at the end honestly made such a difference. Overall, I walked out feeling heard, cared for, and hopeful. I'm really looking forward to my next session.

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.
