The employees are always friendly and helpful. This visit in particular Deborah was my cashier and she was very kind. I did not catch the name of her bagger but they took the time to see me as a person, not just a customer of the store I visited for carrot cake after going to Aldi and to Edgar's bakery with no luck. I ended up buying some cupcakes for my children that were on sale and also some protein bars for myself.

Last night I didn't know my way around Pelham and the young lady gave me step by step directions because even my gps tried to take me through the river and through the woods. And really more speaking about two employees more than the store overall. When you go to the pharmacy, usually it's not the best thing in the world either you're in pain or something along those lines I get I may not have been answering the question to the best of my ability but to kind of get frustrated with me was kind of out of line.. but I will say Ethan makes up for it by always being exceptionally nice and pleasurable when I've had to speak with him. The other employee just really did not seem to know how to operate the customer service desk or answer questions that was being asked, which is very unusual as I feel that Publix has some of the best customer service, but unfortunately that was not today.
