But then the billing started, every month I get a bill for $50, for a lease. How long, well it's not on the bill, I'd like to just pay the damn thing off but I can't. You also can't take billing question to them, it's shady. Now it's been a year and they are still coming, I paid $800 up front. If you look back at the reviews over the years this complaint is fairly common so I don't know why they wouldn't just provide the billing information unless there is something to hide. I go to their website to get the billing contact and there is a message about a mandatory recall on my machine, they never called about that, they can certainly harass me for $50. I wish I had never set foot in the door, and just purchased a unit outright off the internet they are about $1100. In the past I have been pleased with their pharmacy, but I'll never deal with these people again, I would suggest going anywhere else.

I contacted her last night re: covid procedures, and she responded immediately. She masks, airs out the room, and sanitizes. I never expect an immediate response so it was a nice touch. The massage was a full 60 minutes. I have grown to expect that 60 minutes includes consultation, so really only 50 minutes, but she did not. I didn't request deep tissue as I normally do, but she still worked through some kinks and I was more relaxed than I can recall in recent memory. Also, her prices are super reasonable. Dr. Davis was very clear on what she saw in xrays and didn't try to up-sell me on braces or teeth whitening (the sorts of things other dentists have done). She answered my questions without seeming to be rushed. The cleaning with Aris was the best cleaning that I've had in 50+ years of visiting the dentist. I've had some weird cleaning experiences (hygienists setting tools on my chest; jabbering away and oversharing; leaving water running out my mouth and down my neck; poking me with sharp tools accidentally). Aris did none of those things. She was efficient, kind, checked in routinely and made me feel comfortable, and my teeth look great! I would highly recommend this dental practice.
