Overall I LOVE vapor locker, they've always provided wonderful customer service with amazing juices, and unfortunately there are some bad apples with some employees (it happens), so I can't really give a bad review reflecting the business itself based on an encounter with one employee. They were great in helping resolve the issue and I'm now happy with my purchase here and would love to come back!
