We have another computer at home that cannot print a pdf file. Worked with geek squad to get it fixed. They think it's fixed; I think they are just scratching their head. Had I known in store, I could have made better decision. Now out several hundred more for plumber to come by and turn water valve off AND pay them (3rd party vendor form Lowes) to have it "installed" After this experience, slim chance I will ever set foot in Lowes ever again, or anyone else in my immediate circle.
