He broke down cost per phase in a professional and timely manner. We went with him and he worked with us each week to schedule. He did excellent work from a resigned open office to closing with French doors and an accent wall to a dry bar. All were done with extreme care and precision. He took his time to ensure it was done as asked and all the while being reasonable with pricing. He was willing to go get supplies if we did not have on hand and also ensured to give us time to know what we needed to decide (colors, backsplash, etc.) so we could made the decisions without being rushed or delaying the project. He also phased out payments which allows you to not have to pay all upfront like others may do. We highly recommend him for all of your handy-work needs!

I would not recommend using Cox Interiors. We had them make custom doors for the front of our…read morehouse. The doors were beautiful. The doors came with a one-year warranty. Within a few months, the wood panels on both doors started warping. It took Cox a couple of months before they came out to look at the doors. Several months later they determined that the doors are defective, and they decided that the doors needed to be re-made. It's now been eight months, and I have still not received new doors. Now, one of the glass panels has moisture inside a panel. My salesperson has now stop accepting or returning my calls. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to sue the company and seek a refund. The quality of the doors is not good, and the service from the company is horrible.

Interior door dept uses really bad wood, and their personell does not have the correct knowledge on…read moremeasuring correctly, so now rails dont fit, panels wont fit so they have to keep hammering them in with a lot cracking. I never bought just worked in that dept. Supervisor did not like me even though I was the best in my job, told by a 35 year employee. You just wont believe how they screw up alot of doors for a job and do patchwork, im talking on those big oak doors too. They will fire you if they dont like you, dont matter if youve never had a writeup. After Larry left, the new boss cannot handle stress. hes got his favorites and i wasnt one even though i worked quickly with precision. didnt matter so find another place

His was the 2nd lowest, but the lowest lied to me about the warranty, and he was an hour away, and Dan is in Berea where my building is. He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. I will definitely be using A-Team Roofing from now on whenever I need roofing replacement or repairs
