Once he saw the photos that I sent him, he gave me a quote. I had spoken to two more installers but Peter's proposal was more reasonable and he was more informative than the others over the phone. He came over the next day as agreed, and did the removal, then installed the new one. His work was professional, detailed, clean and I was very pleased when he was through. Since he was here already, I asked him to run his equipment on my sewer line because I felt that it had to be done for maintenance. He cleaned out the sewer line and I am glad he did because it needed it even though we were having no issues. If you need a knowledgeable and professional individual to do your plumbing, Peter is the person to have. I highly recommend him. But lord and behold Angel came through and helped me out on shutting off the water main. On top of that he diagnosed my water heater is busted and immediate replacement was needed. I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available. He and his crew were professional, quick, listened to concerns and finished the job, cleaning up the area to spotless condition. They did exactly what needed doing and did it well. I had a leaking bath tub faucet. The company did respond to my home in a timely manner as I recall. This is the only thing this company did as expected. Ok now let me discuss why am disappointed with this business. 1.After completion of there work this company reversed hot/ cold water control. 2. The shower does not shut off when I switch to the water for the bath tub only. 3. The company bought caulking that I paid for and did not use the caulking to seal the area where the caulking meets the wall. I wound up caulking the area myself 4. The company did not clean up after completion of the work. My bath tub was left in a total mess. 5. it took 3 days t work on my faucet and this company still did a screwed up job. I think the job began on 2-11-24and finished on 11-13. After the job was completed I reached out to the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. The owner said someone would return on. 12-16 at 12:30 pm to correct the list their screw ups. Of course no one showed up. I contacted the owner and someone showed up at 6 pm( which was too late to do work. I told the owner either give me a refund or I would give his company a bad review.
