I got a ride with Green Shuttle on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, after a flight from Orlando, FLorida to Boston's Logan Airport. The transition was very smooth. The driver was right there outside the baggage area to greet me, and put my luggage in the car. The car itself was immaculate, a large Avalon with leather interior, plenty of legroom, very comfortable ride. The driver, Geary, was very courteous, and after offering me fresh bottled spring water and chocolates, proceeded to drive me to my destination, Cape Cod. He told me the approximate ETA in Orleans, so I could phone friends to make sure my house lights were on when I arrived. Everything went as it should -- very comfortable and well organized. My friend in Florida had arranged the Green Shuttle for me, so I do not know the cost, but he assured me it was quite reasonable. All in all, a most pleasant experience, and the driver carried my baggage to my door. Would definitely recommend to friends who are travelling by plane, especially alone. We have been using the Green Shuttle for over ten years on both personal and business travel, and have never been disappointed. The car is always comfortable, the driver is waiting at the airport pick up area ahead of the flight, with a text message coming in at landing time. Insanely early/late flight? Delayed and rescheduled itinerary (even next day)? Last-minute change in airport (Providence vs. Boston)? Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas) travel? No problem, Green Shuttle has you covered! They even turned around and came back to get me at the airport last year when I was turned down at airport check-in traveling alone with two young children (my oldest's passport was only valid for 2.5 months, and we apparently needed 3 months). You definitely get what you pay for, so if budget is your only constraint, you're flying alone during reasonable daytime hours and you're not afraid to miss the last bus and sleep at the airport, you might want to consider taking a bus. If you're driving to Logan, and will park your car for a while, you may find the price difference to be surprisingly small given the high cost of parking these days. If given the choice, I would always make Green Shuttle part of my travel plans. read more

Green Shuttle is an impressive organisation who helped us schedule and drive to and from Boston Logan Airport for our recent trip to Portugal and Spain. First, I was impressed with their pre-trip communication -- clear, detailed, and specific. The day before the trip, as our anxieties were rising, we received a text from our driver confirming our pick-up time. Very reasssuring. I also was impressed with their response to a snafu I created by listing an incorrect return date and time. The drive went to airport and waited and tried to contact us. But we were fast asleep in Madrid. The next day, travel day, was a whirlwind, and I did not check my email and texts until we reached JFK in NYC. You can imagine my consternation! But Kim, in the office, was terrific in being right on top of the problem, and she managed to schedule another driver, on very short notice, to pick us up and deliver us home. Finally, I was impressed with the car trips themselves. The two drivers were friendly and helpful. My wife and I are elderly, and they helped with our bags to and from home. The cars were clean, late model. The drivers clearly took pride in their work. Very, very reliable.. read more

I travel a lot for business and live in a small town, so the usual rideshare companies aren't a reliable source of prompt rides to the airports or the train. But over and above that, even though they cost more than U and L, I've been riding with the Green Shuttle for most of my work travel for years because of the quality. They are ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS sparkling clean, ALWAYS ready with WiFi, chilled bottled water, and Ghelfi's chocolates (!), and ALWAYS able to accommodate changes in schedules and bad weather. As a point of contrast, I just returned from a trip to a big city where I took a number of rideshare trips. The cars were....ohKAY, but not necessarily clean; we wandered all over the place, one driver yelled at me because he said I closed the door so hard I broke it (not), and none of the drivers ever offered to help an old broad with her heavy luggage. If Dean ever wants to expand to San Diego, they need him out there. Support your local businesses! Go Green! read more

Bryce was prompt (to the minute!), professional, very accommodating of our crying infant (ha), and really nice to chat with. He managed both our departing and arrival trip from Logan to northwest Rhode Island, arriving early in the morning, picking us up and dropping us off quite late. We contacted the business when we realized we had misscheduled our arrival time and within 24 hours they were able to make needed adjustments to help us get home. The staff person we spoke to was very friendly. We were worried about getting all our stuff into the vehicle as we are a family with two adults, one infant, our car seat, stroller, and two luggage bags - we were picked up in a Sienna and it was more than enough room. If you're worried about that, it was just fine for us! Our rides were actually arranged for us by family after their own good experiences with this company, so I think that says a lot. Gustavo picked me up at Logan on a late late Friday night. He was prompt, keeping me apprised of his location and how to find him, cheerful, kind, gracious and provided 100% "kid-glove" service. The car was immaculate, well provisioned, and very comfortable. I had thought I would fall asleep as it was a late flight in and a long ride, and Gustavo assured me that would be fine if it was what I wanted. We ended up chatting a bit, though, and it turned into a delightful conversation that I enjoyed for the entire ride. Gustavo maintained a friendly, professional attitude while being an engaging conversationalist. I don't use Green Shuttle every time I travel because they are expensive (but not unduly so for personal limo service), but every time I have needed to use them the ride has been superb - from their "office" communications, to the ride and driver, and in their post-ride follow up. My trip to Logan with Mark H was awesome! We chatted about anything and everything and the VERY early drive flew by. He made me feel very comfortable, and the vehicle was perfect. My return trip driver Michael was also awesome! My flight from Puerto Rico back to Boston Logan was delayed significantly. He kept in touch with me via text the whole time, monitoring my flight and waiting patiently for me to arrive four hours behind schedule. We then drove from Logan home to Cape Cod in a thunder storm! He couldn't have been more pleasant despite the inconvenience. The car was immaculate as I've come to expect from Green Shuttle -- and, he even had chocolates from Ghelfi's to offer, which I devoured from exhaustion and stress! Green Shuttle is great! Everything went so smoothly, from the original reservation to the drop off. The driver was terrific. He was there to meet me (after we also texted upon my landing), the instructions to the point of pickup were crystal clear, and the car was immaculate. The ride to my destination went smoothly and the driver drove very well,. He and the people in the Green Shuttle office even went out of their way to help arrange a subsequent ride despite their having no available room on the schedule. Above and beyond service. We booked Green shuttle both ways to Logan recently. We had 4 large checked luggages & 2 small ones. A day before our departure, I received an email that a sedan was picking us up. I immediately contacted Green Shuttle and Cheryl was very quick & helpful to change the vehicle type to a mini van. Driver Geary was on time and the ride to the airport was smooth & comfortable. He also helped us with the luggage at the airport. On our arrival, driver Todd emailed me his location and was waiting to pick us up. He offered us water & Ghelfi candies! (Yum!). I have used Green Shuttle in the past and they continue to provide outstanding service. The cars are very clean and drivers are very courteous. Keep up the good work. I've been using Green Shuttle for several years now, and they've always been prompt, cheerful, efficient, pleasant. This year, arriving December 24 at Logan after a red eye, I left my carry on luggage at Hawaiian baggage area, and had a lovely ride to Falmouth. When I realized I had left it, I panicked and started to try to contact Logan baggage. Luckily, they contacted me. My wonderful driver, Geary, agreed to drive back to Logan to retrieve it (my computer and ipad were in it), and Green Shuttle didn't charge me anything! Talk about superior service! My husband and I used Green Shuttle two days ago from Martha's Vineyard to Logan Airport. Green Shuttle provided excellent service - going beyond their usual practice to pick us up directly from our home on the Vineyard. As a result, given COVID restrictions, we were able to stay in the car throughout the trip. The driver, Bryce, arrived on time, was professional and courteous and wore a mask throughout the trip. The car was spotless and comfortable. In addition, Green Shuttle accommodated a change to our schedule quickly and efficiently. I've been using Green Shuttle for six years for getting from the Cape to/from local airports (Logan, Providence). It takes all the stress out of getting to and from my flights. Flight delayed or changed? No worries, they are on top of it. Really. One time I ended up coming home early to avoid getting stuck due to weather - I assumed I would have to wait an hour or so for Green Shuttle to get a car up to Logan - but they did some major shuffling and managed to meet me at the much earlier time. This is the best company in the world. When my trips to and from Logan happen and there are no buses, these guys save my life. 3 in the morning or 1130 at night, they are a gift. Yes the cars are spotless and the water and chocolates a nice touch, but I can't explain how wonderfully and thankfully and worry-free the trips to and from Boston become when GoGreen Shuttle are in charge. The drivers talk to you when you want them to and leave you to sleep or zone out when you don't. They drive very well and safely. For a last minute need to get to a wedding location off Cape, Green Shuttle not only was able to get a driver to drive me, the car was clean, driver friendly and water & chocolates awaited me. I didn't hesitate to call them to set up two more future trips to and from the Cape to Boston Airport. They are reasonable, professional, and always on time. The drivers are engaging and friendly if you engage but they also know when you need space to sit back and relax or work. Very professional. This is most definitely the best way to travel to the airport! Courteous drivers, offering to help in any way possible - offering chargers for cell phones, laptops, etc., Driver Russell had it all! In addition, a cold bottle of water, and delicious choclates to keep my energy going. Cars are extremely clean AND Green! We used this service in October to get from my daughter's house in North Falmouth to the Providence airport. Wow! Our driver, Sandi, was cordial, prompt, and interesting to chat with on the long ride (she raises a French breed of chickens and enters them in shows). The ride was smooth, the vehicle was spotless, and we were surprised by tiny boxes of local chocolates to sweeten the deal. Nice to know that the vehicle is a hybrid, so we were minimizing the pollution of the Cape and the coast. Would definitely choose this service again. read more

Green Shuttle of Cape Cod is truly an experience that exceeds your expectations. We had an extremely early flight, so we were a bit nervous about being on time for our flight. The team who helped us (I believe it was Kim) over the phone was incredible and made sure that all our information was correct. Then, we met Larry, our driver. Used for ride to and From Logan and in both instances Driver picked us up on time texted us to let us know who he was and where to meet him. Ride home was in a snow event and we were comfortable and warm with pleasant conversation some chocolates and a bottle of Perrier water so no stress of driving home after a long trip. Highly recommend the service and will use for the next trip for sure. So much better than parking at Logan or taking a crowded bus - well worth the added expense which wasn't high at all. read more
