I left a message which was quickly returned. They were extremely friendly, helpful and very flexible in fitting me into their busy schedule. The deep cleaning process was thoroughly explained to me and each and every question I had was answered. They even refereed me to a carpet cleaning service (which we used and they were wonderful as well). By the end of the day, the deep cleaning was taking a little longer than expected. I was notified and arrangements were quickly made about the cleaners returning the next day to finish. I was a little worried as the carpets were to be cleaned the following day as well.
