Answering all the questions, always available to talk. The grounds at Willowood are beautiful. Always spread with fresh flowers, pumpkins in the fall, mums at our front door. Mike, the maintenance man is FIVE star. When we needed anything done in the apartment, he was right there. He is professional and kind and an absolute gem. I highly recommend Willowood Apartments. Our apartment is spacious, updated with great appliances and Beautiful flooring. Windows are large, and let in so much light. We are so happy we chose Willowood.

The apartments are nice and clean and very roomy and they even have extra storage if you need it . They have balconies on the second and third floors you can sit down there and drink coffee, talk to friends or just to relax . I would recommend my friends and family who's looking for an apartment to come and check out Willowood apartments. The management and maintenance crew keep up with the grounds and any problems you may have. They have a nice park for the kids to play and a dog park where you can take your dog and let your dog run around. They also have grills at the park where you can have cookouts just with friends or even a birthday party . It's nice and quiet here and the other residents are very friendly.

You do get what you pay for- the apartments are old- you can hear your neighbors next door and above you. The windows are VERY drafty and let in/out a ton of air- they also create mold and mildew because of this. As helpful as they were that all changed when we put our notice in to move out. No one will communicate with us. I've emailed- left messages- no return communication. It's very frustrating and I feel that it is intentional so we do not get our security deposit back.

Woke up today to property manager Mark Snyder coming into my apartment with his key with no warning…read morewhatsoever. He said he knocked but it couldn't have been very loud if he did. So I'm standing there in my underwear being told there is an electrical emergency. The emergency is no one tried to call me before entering my apartment even though they have my phone number. Just saying, people have gotten shot that way. Fortunately for Mr Mark, I don't own a firearm. I have lived in 4 or 5 apartments in my life but never had to worry about someone coming in while I'm naked or otherwise , what a tremendous invasion of privacy. I highly do not recommend any Westminster Property Management rental as they may walk in while you are showering or having sex at any time so surrender your privacy before you sign with any Westminster Property Management lease.

PROS: new carpet, tile, and kitchen cabinets; recycling dumpster; plenty of land for walking and…read moreplaying; washer and dryer in each building. CONS: no pool, no storage, loud neighbors (police were called twice), dog owners don't pick up their waste, and they hire the laziest contractors I've ever seen -- painted air vents can't be opened or closed, creaking floors, cabinet handles were all loose, and my requests for certain repairs were ignored.
