There is a community swimming pool within walking distance that you can buy a season pass to or pay at the gate (huge plus for the kids). I was also looking for a stronger community feel and attentive maintenance staff. Again, Meadow Creek exceeds these requirements with events that bring the community together, contests, yard sales, and cookouts and has great response with regards to maintenance. I needed minor attention when I first moved in and after a stop in the leasing office (you can also request maintenance via the website), they were fixing the issue within an hour. I love the friendliness of the staff and the community. The only qualm I have is that there is very minimal storage and the kitchen is pretty small. I love the walk-in closet and the 2 bathrooms. I have laundry on the same floor as my apt which is awesome considering I was going to the laundromat every week. The building is pretty quiet too. We are looking forward to making this our home.

You do get what you pay for- the apartments are old- you can hear your neighbors next door and above you. The windows are VERY drafty and let in/out a ton of air- they also create mold and mildew because of this. As helpful as they were that all changed when we put our notice in to move out. No one will communicate with us. I've emailed- left messages- no return communication. It's very frustrating and I feel that it is intentional so we do not get our security deposit back.

Woke up today to property manager Mark Snyder coming into my apartment with his key with no warning…read morewhatsoever. He said he knocked but it couldn't have been very loud if he did. So I'm standing there in my underwear being told there is an electrical emergency. The emergency is no one tried to call me before entering my apartment even though they have my phone number. Just saying, people have gotten shot that way. Fortunately for Mr Mark, I don't own a firearm. I have lived in 4 or 5 apartments in my life but never had to worry about someone coming in while I'm naked or otherwise , what a tremendous invasion of privacy. I highly do not recommend any Westminster Property Management rental as they may walk in while you are showering or having sex at any time so surrender your privacy before you sign with any Westminster Property Management lease.

CONS: no pool, no storage, loud neighbors (police were called twice), dog owners don't pick up their waste, and they hire the laziest contractors I've ever seen -- painted air vents can't be opened or closed, creaking floors, cabinet handles were all loose, and my requests for certain repairs were ignored.
