I want to start out by saying that I am a Leasing Agent at another company near campus, so I am a lot more tolerant of issues with the multi-family living industry. Some things, however, are just not permissible in my opinion. My apartment was not horrible when my roommate and I first moved in. However, upon further inspection, there were a lot of things we were unhappy with. Bedroom A's bathroom had a few issues. The toilet paper holder was broken, one of the doors doesn't latch, etc. It should be noted that we did not contact maintenance about this door, as it didn't bother my roommate that much. Maintenance did come and fix the toilet roll holder when we placed a work order. My bedroom, has a hole in it. It was there when we moved in. There is also a large dent in the wall (likely caused by prior residents slamming it). The apartment was covered in a light layer of dust, and did not feel clean at ALL when I moved in back in August. Despite, the condition of move in, my roommate and I agreed we wanted to relet our apartment. We were sent one (ONE) email in early September or October, I don't remember which month, that if we resigned by the 1st of the following month, we would get a special. Well, come Thanksgiving time and we decide to resign our lease. Our leasing agent, who I will not name, told us we could, and she'd send the documents over and call us back. Only when she did, we were told our apartment had actually been signed already, and they were sold out at the building. We were very angry. No notice was given to us. One email informing us of the special, and then nothing. I know firsthand that it is the ethical thing to do to give your current residents a deadline. However, this is not covered in the lease, so we didn't press the issue. I ended up finding another complex very close by that is a way better value. Nothing was done to try and remedy the situation from my understanding. A high turnover rate (the amount of resigned leases vs new leases is much lower) is a poor reflection on either the property management group, property, or both. In this case, it seemed as if GSR was more focused on getting new residents, and didn't give a crap about their current ones. This all said, we knew that this was a college apartment, and did not expect to be living in the Ritz Carlton. However, when our lock was broken a few months ago, we were asked if we could "just deal with it." Maintenance came by, it wasn't working properly, and we were met with that solution. After my roommate put up enough of a fuss, which she should not have to do since lock issues are deemed an emergency, they finally installed a different lock. Due to my (limited, but valid) experience, there are some issues I can make do with, and some I cannot. The lock incident was not appropriate. The renewal incident left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this company. HOWEVER, I will say that they are very responsive to work orders, and there's something to be said about that. I'd advise exploring all options before signing with this company, but hey, maybe you'll have a better experience. I'm only sharing my own, which was below average at best. read more

I moved into the apartment at 209 E University Avenue on August 18 and immediately noticed a strong chemical odor throughout the apartment. I documented it on GSR's move-in checklist and submitted a maintenance request right away. The smell made me really uncomfortable living there. Whenever I stayed in the apartment for a while, I started feeling physically unwell and experienced chest tightness. It wasn't just that I "didn't like the smell" -- I genuinely did not feel comfortable staying in the unit. What frustrated me most was how GSR handled the problem. They did not provide any practical solution, even refusing to provide a simple fan to help ventilate the apartment. There was never any meaningful investigation into where the smell was coming from. Every time someone from management came to inspect the apartment, the visit lasted less than two minutes and they would say they personally could not smell anything. During one visit, the staff member even said that she had a blocked nose and could not smell properly. GSR also kept saying that I was just too sensitive to odors. That was honestly very frustrating, because I wasn't the only person who could smell it. A number of friends came into my apartment and noticed the chemical-like odor as well. I even called the City of Champaign myself and requested an independent inspection. The City inspector also confirmed in writing that a strong odor was present in the apartment during his inspection. Even after multiple people, including an independent City inspector, noticed the smell, GSR continued to deny and say they couldn't smell anything and treated the issue like it was just my personal sensitivity. I repeatedly asked GSR for help, but my requests were rejected and no further action was taken to actually identify or address the source of the problem. So, think about this: When a tenant reports a strong chemical-like odor right after moving in, feels physically uncomfortable staying in the unit, several visitors notice it, and even a City inspector confirms that an odor is present, I think the situation deserves more than a two-minute walk-through followed by "we don't smell anything." Based on how this situation was handled, I personally would not recommend renting from Green Street Realty. If you are thinking about renting from GSR, I strongly recommend personally inspecting the exact unit before signing anything and documenting every issue immediately after move-in. read more

I have been homeless for the past 2 years thanks to GSR. I was dealing with the death of parent and lost my job around the same time. The office manager at the time was helping me with applying for rental assistance. Every day GSR added a late fee to the balance. By the time I received any information from the office manager, she sent me CBRA and I couldn't submit that until I had a court date. Well, by the time I got a court date, the balance I owed was OVER $3000! I processed the application anyways, but they said that they could only give me 3 months of rent if I found a new apartment because they couldn't get a hold of GSR, which is funny because I couldn't get a new apartment due to the eviction. It was a constant loop of nonsense. I can do all kinds of credit checks and it will not show the eviction, but I can apply for an apartment and I will be denied because of it. read more

They are unhelpful and talk as if you owe them money, even if you are there at working hours for an important affair. Recently started a sublease using Green Street Realty at one of their properties on Clark Street. The person Im subleasing from was kind enough to rent a parking space for me, however my parking space assigned to me is covered in frozen ice. I called the leasing office and was told they would salt the parking lot. I responded that their is plumbing issue causing a continuous leak that has now frozen over. Everyone who has a parking space is parking in spaces that dont have ice on them, which causes an issue for people who are assigned those spaces. In short, the leasing office rushed me off the phone and I can see that issue will not be taken care of because I see a review on here from 5 months ago complaining about the leak in the garage that was never fixed. I plan on contacting the city of champaign about this and other issues I've seen in the unit Im renting. The amount of money you pay this place to live here is not worth it. read more

I wish I could do zero stars. I moved into this beautiful new building at 200 south vine Street. I was so excited, my townhouse/condo is spacious modern and new looking. I thought it was the best move I ever made, I was sorely mistaken. There is so much shoddy workmanship. We have been making complaints about this place since we moved in. You can literally see the crickets, spiders and all other range of insects coming from under the baseboards because there is that much space left between them and the floor. The regularly scheduled pest control who can only enter if you are not home, with a key, never sprays but leaves a paper like he did spray. I have xfinity home, he literally lies, I can see on camera that he does not come in and spray. Next, I pay almost $1700 a month and when I get home from work, I can't even park. There are not nearly enough spaces although there could be. I drive around for 30 minutes to an hour, hoping someone leaves. Green street refuses to assign each unit a space so at least we could all have a designated space to park. The units with garages all park their cars in the lot so they take up the spaces we need and every day they take away more spaces for handicapped parking, I am not complaining, I know that's necessary but at least make sure there is adequate parking for all tenants. Now people park any and every where. You can barley drive though the lot and the managers like to instruct them to tow our cars from our own lot! I read the scathing reviews about green street realty but I thought I would give them a chance, trust the reviews people, this is a fancy new building with the same crappy people running it. I think it's extremely unfair that as an adult I'm not allowed to rent without a co-signer unless I'm a student when I make 4 times the income needed to rent the place. It's discrimination and unfair leasing practices, also the units are disgusting. I have to say that the apartment I'm living in is not bad and I think a few of the maintenance people are friendly and helpful. BUT, some of the staff members are indeed rude and unprofessional. This is the main reason I'm giving them 1 star. I had a parking issue a few days ago. I parked my car in (where I believe is) the correct parking space, but my car got towed. It turned out that they issued different versions of parking maps to tenants, creating misunderstanding and confusion. However, they were not willing to admit that this was their fault. They simply said an updated map was distributed, so similar problems shouldn't happen again. I called their office twice and emailed with them back and forth but got no apology, no nothing. Overall, I believe they have some good/okay properties, but in terms of management and customer service, they really need to train these people. At least be kind if you have no idea what you are doing. read more

DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS AGENCY!!!! When I first moved into the apartment, the first thing I noticed was a huge hole in the door. There was a note left on the table saying that the door will be fixed soon. Never got fixed. I was foolish not to take any pictures of the place before hand. Anyway, when I was moving out, I had four other people help me deep clean the apartment and make sure it looked perfect, again foolish not to take any pictures. Here comes the messed up part, a WHOLE YEAR LATER I get a call from a debt collection agency saying that there were charges that were sent to the debt collection agency November 9th and that we are now over 30 days late to pay. I NEVER received any e-mails, no phone calls from Green Street--nothing. That said, I threw away my GSR folder with all the stuff on it including the note about the door. Guess what? The most expensive charge $110 was for the hole in the door that was ALREADY THERE. And other large charges for a dirty bathroom and dirty oven... that place looked better than it did leaving than when it did when we first moved in. If you are desperate enough to lease with GSR, make sure to take a lot of pictures, otherwise they will try to screw your over like they did for me. Especially during a pandemic. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional. Worst experience of my life. read more

For over a month now I have had a Ceiling leak that has come through every time it rains. They supposedly fixed at one time then it started happening again. They refused to come out both times until the absolute last minute after the ceiling tile has fallen through. Wow, and I had to clean it up. STAY 1000 MILES AWAY FROM GSR. If only I could give them a negative rating. My student and their roommates are constantly dealing with mice and rat infestation problem. Mice are now dying because of traps and the stench of rotting bodies is overwhelming. They can't even open their windows for ventilation due to frigid temperatures and fear of letting even more mice in. Making matters worse, the apt. unit's furnace is barely working and our students are freezing inside. The "ENTIRE" apt. mgmt., specifically Sarah Springer, is so rude and callous, they hung up the phone each time we the parents called in for an explanation and demanded swift action. We live 1000s of miles away and feel helpless and disheartened that GSR mgmt. won't listen to our pleas and will only respond to our student lessees, even though we the parents are paying the rent month after month. According to my student currently renting from GSR, Sarah Springer is the worst person they've ever dealt with. We've now complained both to the City of Champaign and the Univ's Off-Campus Student Housing and are seeking their timely intervention. read more

My review is on 201 w green apts. I had lived here and my experience of this place is not good. 1. Snow removal is usually 2 days after snow fall 2. Trash pickup every day at 3 am and since the window quality is horrible you hear everything. Extremely loud noises due to horrible window insulation quality. Ambulance and fire truck sound pierces through the apartment because it is in the middle of the town and window quality is horrible. 3. If you have not renewed your contract for the next year then you can expect every week realty management coming over and showing your apartment with other potential scam victims. 4. Apartment building public door can cause super loud noise every time it closes. 5. Marijuana odor during the weekend. 6. UPS packages are left everywhere due to the fact they have no access to the apartment and the realty does not give ups access to the building. Lost packages are very common. 7. BIGGEST ISSUE - Walls are extremely thin that you hear other tenants while in bathroom using the toilet, showering or in the bedroom when coughing, talking, moving bed back forth*. 8. Parking lot spaces are extremely tiny that you have a high chance of getting your car dinged and apt does not take any responsibility. It has happened to me. 9. DEPOSIT -TOOK 3months and a lawsuit mention later. They initially had refused to give my deposit thinking I was just another student who probably left the apt without cleaning. They had not even taken the time to inspect my apt but assumed I had not cleaned my apt till I showed them pictures of a cleaned apt with time stamp. I found it very disturbing because if they're doing this with every student then it is ethically not right. Finally when the do descide to give the deposit check which is only sent through mail. My check get lost so many times as per Amy Peterson who is the main leasing consultant and when I asked for tracking information on the checks I would be denied that information. I would NEVER do business with them agian. P.s Carpet cleaning fee is automatically deducted from security deposit since it is mentioned in the contract. read more

They are unprofessional at best. They do not care about maintaining their buildings, just building new ones as fast as possible to make as much money as possible. Our apartment has had moldy bathroom walls for 2 years that they have neglected to do anything about. Maintenance once kept our water off for 16 hours because they were fixing a leak in the basement and "forgot" to turn our water back on. During leasing season, we've gotten 20-30 emails a week that they are showing our apartment the next day and they've shown up a fraction of times- but always at a different time than any of the warning emails said. They treat residents poorly, and management is inept and money hungry. read more

Awful!!!!! I haven't moved in and they have already been rude, and unprofessional. Their lease agreement is very strict for tenants then on their part, they can say "oh pets aren't negotiable in our new buildings" when on the lease it states so. That's not common knowledge. They further told me breaking a lease is NOT an option, mind you I haven't even moved in yet, the building isn't even finished yet! I found someone to sublet my apartment and they are making that person pay for application fees, and sign a sep. sublease, however the financial responsibility would still fall on me. When I asked of their lawyer contact, one rep, Amy, stated it's public record so I can google it. Unbelievable! Only in a college town would they treat people rent $1595 apt this way. read more

I have a maintenance request for each day that I've lived here. I was charged $45 for a lock out fee due to the negligence of not getting the key to that particular lock, it was 3 AM. The paint job on each wall is of a level of half assery that I cannot begin to describe, why bother even painting them? Water stained ceilings, big yikes. The maintenance dispatch guy is so dead inside I'd believe his qualifications for his job was former gondolier of the river Styx. They think they're never in the wrong. I signed a sublease to one of their apartments for the summer & was planning on bringing my dog. However, I made the mistake (as they said) on signing the apartment lease before the pet lease. However, I thought there weren't any height and weight restrictions on the pets. On other real estate websites, the pet policy is either clearly stated with breed, weight, etc. restrictions, or just not stated at all and states to call the office. However, for Green Street Realty, they have a whole page of information (including restricted breeds) but do NOT have any weight or height restrictions, which can allow people to assume there isn't any, as long as it is not a giant breed, such as a Great Dane, which was one of the restricted breeds. They state restrictions of past-aggressive animals, but never state that each apartment complex comes with different restrictions. So how were we supposed to know? Either put no information and state that you NEED to call the office, or put EVERYTHING including the weight restrictions on the lease. I went to the office and expressed my concern, so this wouldn't happen to anyone else. But they basically put the blame on me, and didn't even apologize. My mom also called the office but they were basically just blaming her for not calling the property manager and checking in first. My thing is that if you're going to have that much information on a pet lease, people are going to think that that is it-- no further questions asked. It's not that difficult to add in "pet weight limits vary from apartments, or pet weight limit is under 20 lbs." Also, the pet weight limit is so dumb-- most people have dogs that are usually over 30 lbs. Never communicating and signing with them again. read more

This place is a nightmare. I moved into a 'newly renovated' apartment that had a door barely hanging off it's frame and holes in the wall It was a 6 month ordeal because they kept only replacing about a 6 inch strip of wood. It wasn't until i demanded a manager come in and standing outside the apartment i leaned on the door. Door opened with deadbolt locked. I explained to the manager that this would happen until they replaced the door frame, ceiling to floor. They tried to argue, then i closed the door again and showed her the same thing again, asking her, if she had a child would she want them to live in an apartment with such horrid security. They never did fix this. Took them three months to fix a toilet. Never fixed holes in walls. With in three years it went from a nice place to people fighting and shooting in the parking lot. Gave them three months notice i wouldn't renew my lease when my apartment got broke into and someone got shot in the lot in the same week. They tried to claim since i had given them a verbal agreement (6 months before lease was up) i owed them the entirety of next years lease. I explained that constant shootings in the parking lot has caused the situation to change. When i moved out it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Green Street just took over my new property and are saying i owe them 108$ for utilities that i already paid. FML read more

They are awful people with terrible customer service considering they ask for more than 1k a month. It's either 2 types of reviews.... really good ones or terrible ones. This is beyond terrible. I have never been more disgusted and disappointed with a business in my entire life. If I could go back, I would rather be homeless than do business with them. It's a bunch of bitter white women who aren't happy with their mediocre lives running the show. (Nothing personal against them but as a collective unit, more staff have bad attitudes and service.) I understand having to be less tolerant because of the amount of college students that conduct business with them but good God I will pray for these women and this business. Green street makes no effort to ensure residents are satisfied or adhering to the leasing terms. The only thing they offer is rude remarks and apparently, telling their residents to do their work for them (they told me to catch the smoking culprit by taking photos of them). If I could give zero stars I would. I stayed with GSR for the past two years, only out of necessity. While a few people that work there are very friendly and somewhat helpful, the company itself really blows. Their maintenance repairs are always just cheap, quick "fixes" that are really just bandaids until something breaks again. Numerous times, the laundry machines were broken. They would eat quarters and act like you hadn't deposited any, the dryer would need to be run multiple times to actually dry your clothes, and the washers would sometimes not drain properly, meaning you would have to dry your clothes even more times. Everything in the apartment is cheap and I'm sure I will be charged out the ass for repairs on it all. While moving out, there was no reminder of turning in keys or the date the lease was up, which every other company I've rented from has done. I didn't need the reminder, though, because I knew when the keys were due. Unfortunately, that was on a Saturday, when their office is closed. So obviously I turned my keys in on Monday, rather than the day before they were due, when I was busy moving out/cleaning. Now they're charging $100/day that the keys were "late". In conclusion, I will NEVER be renting from GSR again, and I would advise you not to, either. read more

Would give negative stars if possible. Management are basically thieves. My "newly renovated" apartment I moved into wasn't even close to being finished when I moved in. No air, no water, smelled like mold, rooms were missing things like windows and closet hangers. It took weeks into our lease to get this all done. I moved out mid-lease to move in the residence halls as an RA. I signed all paperwork subleasing my room to another roommate and everything. When my old roommates were late on a rent payment, I got an email threatening to evict me and was told "it will be on my record for many years." This was months after I moved out, and after several previous emails asking them to remove me from their mailing list. This company is a joke. Would've definitely paid a lot more to live elsewhere. Beware: They do everything they can to get the most out of vulnerable, unknowing, tight-on-money college students. read more

Absolutely miserable experiences leasing from Greenstreet Realty. First, an anecdote. I show up at the start of lease, after having driving halfway across the country with a moving truck, to move into my apartment. I get the keys, drive to my apartment, and realize I didn't have a key to the exterior of the building. Haul my moving truck back to their office, get an exterior key. New exterior key works, but once I get inside I realize I was given the wrong apartment key. I go back to get a new one, second one *still* does not work. At this point, they tell me they're going to need to send someone out to change my lock. So after arriving in Champaign, I have been sitting outside my apartment for 3 hours waiting to move in because they were so disorganized. Eventually I'm in my apartment, but I never have a mail key. They tell me it's provided through USPS. USPS say's my landlord provides it. This goes on for 3 weeks (while I'm getting NO MAIL) only to find out it *was* Greenstreet's responsibility to provide a key. They eventually concede and get me the key that was their responsibility the whole time. Second, a review of their business practices. They always hire "lowest bidder" contractors. The people you're not comfortable having in your house. They removed a leaky skylight in my bedroom (it only took them a couple of months to finally get around to it), and I was giving NO warning on the date the actual contractors game. One day I come home from class and my belongings are literally thrown to the other side of the room (shoes, clothes, electronics) and a huge mess is left below where the contractors did their work. This happened many times. Even with landscapers cutting grass at 7AM on Saturdays, all completely unacceptable. They are terrible communicators, don't care about their tenants, and overall very shady. read more

Real Rating: -100000 stars I always knew landlords of Champaign-Urbana were extremely greedy and provide very little to their college student tenants. When my roommates and I signed a lease for 312 E White St., we were promised new appliances, new flooring, new beds, new dressers, and new furniture by our move in date. Well, it is obvious that they did not fully fulfill their promise. Besides the flooring and the couches, everything else was old, dirty, and broken. Cob webs and spider webs were everywhere to the point where we had to vacuum our windows... Mold was standard in every single room. Our beds have not been changed... One of them had a bedframe with MENSTRUAL BLOOD STAINS on it which still smells. Thankfully, my mother and I used gloves and bought some plastic wrap to deal with this issue for the moment. Let's see.. I can continue on and on but I think prospective tenants get the point. We have to call the office to get request maintenance instead of using an online form. Maintenance will not come until a week or so afterwards... We found an approximate 6x 6x 6 inch hole in one of the bedroom when my roommate noticed her bed was uneven. The hole is a part of the foundation of the apartment. We have called Green St. Realty multiple times to repair this hole and move us into another apartment while doing so. However, maintenance has not fixed this hole. Maintenance does not thoroughly check or fix the issue but find reason to back out of their obligation. read more

This is the worst company I have ever rented through. The girl at the front desk, Amy Peterson, is extremely rude and ignorant to leasing policies. For instance, Amy told me that the girl who I was subleasing from does not have a copy of the key because we can't make copies. Well she clearly does because she let herself in my apartment yesterday with another key she has. I don't like that someone else has access to my private things but Amy refuses to change my locks unless I pay $100 which is ridiculous. I pay my rent on time every month for a place where someone else can walk in and out as pleased. So when I called this morning to address Amy about this, she has the nerve to have an attitude with me. All I want is for my apartment to be safe, but Amy doesn't care. Green street also took 3 months to repair my bathroom floor. The floor had a sink hole in it, and I had to put three maintenance request in before somebody finally came it fixed it. But I bet if I didn't pay 3 months of rent, they would have been at my door in 24 hours of the first missed payment. read more

I had a horrible experience and don't trust this company at all. They bought the apartment complex I lived in and then sold in less than a year. The events described occurred within that time. I would never rent from them again! Lack of privacy and ok with inconveniencing you! They were incredibly invasive and came into our apartment with little or no notice. They stated they needed to check and do maintenance on empty units in our apartment, but this lasted from May 2019 to August 2019, all summer! In past years all of this would happen in a less than a week. I was woken up several times to workers entering the apartment before 8am, and also doing construction work on the units around me. It felt like you were living in a construction zone or hotel; you had no privacy, people would just show up whenever, and as a student it was incredibly hard to focus and work in this space. The workers would also leave our doors unlocked and open, as they were working, often disappearing for hours and just coming back in without knocking. We were told it was our liability if anything was stolen, but calling the office did little to resolve this issue. Stolen Items - My roommates and I were told we could use the washer and dryer in another unit since the one in our unit stopped working and needed to be replaced. They moved new tenants into the unit we were using for laundry without letting us know. It was only when I went to get my laundry that I realized that someone was moving in. One of the new tenants also decided to go through my laundry and take all my towels. When I tried to address this and get compensated, they send me around in circles for over a month trying to reach the "right person", were incredibly rude, ended up not properly compensating me, and tried to blame me for their lack of organization. They created the problem, yet did everything they could not take responsibility. Lack of organization - They told us that windows would be replaced in May of 2019, and they we needed to immediately clear everything away from all our windows. Even as December 2019 came by no one had come to replace the windows in our apartment building. Every few weeks during this time they would send an email stating that things were running behind and that workers would be coming in within the next two weeks. This was truly a nightmare! We were told we would be fined if we did not adhere to their rules, but their lack of organization and communication meant we had to live in a state of disarray for 7months, furniture awkwardly gathered up in the middle of our rooms. It did not feel like a home or a place to wind down in; it was like living in the middle of a construction zone! They were incredibly disorganized and this meant inconveniencing the tenants, which they seem completely fine with. Any attempts to address things were met with excuses or the run around. read more

It was the worst apartment in which we have lived so far at 800 W Church Street. Green Street Realty at Neil Street is not a fair office. Before the sign of the lease, the manager showed to us the pictures of the apartment in the same building which was after the reconstruction. The manager said we would receive the apartment in the same condition. However, in the day of moving in the apartment was not prepared and nobody inspected it. The apartment was very dirty and most of staff were broken and old. After a call, they fixed the major issues at the same day and gave to us 100$ of the credit. We were very lucky that we had signed the lease for 6 months only. After each rain, we found one of the bed room full with water. It took 3 months for Neil Street office to fix it. We could not to use the oven, since when it was working we were found ourselves in the room of full of smog. We tried to clean it several times - it did not help. In the day of moving out we left the apartment clean. We washed everything. The Neil Street office made the inspection of the apartment without us and not in the same day. Maybe a couple of weeks after. They found issues in the apartment. They did not return the deposit (198$) and required to pay 50$ additionally. The reasons were: bathtub showed soap scum, the bottom shelf on the fridge were cloudy/dirty, oven was dirty, dirty floor, the hole in the door. I wrote them one question and have not receive the answer on it. The question is: "Nobody came to inspect the apartment in the day of our moving in. How can you be sure that we have left the apartment in the worse condition than we had received it? How can you be sure that all mentioned problems we did and not someone before us (like the hole in the door) or because everything is very old and cannot be cleaned anymore?" read more

Do you know how mad you have to be to write a review....? Long story short, do not sign with Green St. they are on complete bull shit and treat their customers like crap. I've lived there for over a year and never been late on rent. They sold my apartment to someone else although I went to resign, they forced me to move-in and move-out in a single day. They are just the absolute worst. Especially when I pay 1.2k/month in Champaign.... Ask around the students they will all tell you that the management for this company sucks. They are super unfriendly and borderline racist. I swear to God if I had another place to live, I would leave them. They are my last resort. I hate the management they have and are unwilling to compromise. Because they gave my apartment away, I had to sign a an "as-is clause" which means I take the apartment how the last tenant left it without them cleaning it or fixing any issues that could be broken. Again, I hate how I was treated, their management doesn't care about the tenants, and if I had any other another option I would go elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't believe I signed to live here for another year. This is ridiculous and they legit treat you like shit. read more
