Called two days before to book a ride to the London International Airport. The cab did not show up. When I called to check, whoever answered the phone answered Hello and I had to inquire if this was Green Taxi. He then informed me he could not contact the cab as the driver had booked off and he did not know if the driver was taking a break or was on his way. We ended up having to drive to the airport and pay for three weeks parking, in order to not miss our flight. Why anyone would take a chance on this service is beyond me. read more

I had called a week ahead to arrange a wheelchair taxi to pick up and return 2 hours later. We arrived 15 minutes early to wait for pickup, and they didn't show. I called many times, but no answer. It was to be my husband's first outing from the hospital since August 27. This, which was meant to be "a beautiful night" was totally ruined. I am so terribly disappointed and unhappy that this was my first experience with accessible transportation, as he just became a paraplegic this month. Never again. read more

I arranged a pick up to location an hour away for six of us as it was a wedding. I received a text message confirming both to pick up from my home as well as the Venue. When it to leave, they were late so I had to call them. We made it to the wedding with only 10 minutes to spare. When we them to come and pick us up at 1 AM... Our time they were a no-show! I had another very positive experience with Green Taxi today. Via Rail was arriving an hour and twenty minutes late, and I had an appointment that I was not sure I would make. I called Green Taxi about twenty minutes out from London. The taxi was at the rail station waiting for me, and I made the meeting. Green Taxi has always been punctual, and good at communicating (they text to let you know their taxi has arrived, and describe the kind of vehicle). 1st time using this service and last. I called about 11 AM this morning (Sunday Nov 5th) to book a wheelchair taxi to go home tomorrow from a hospital stay. The guy answers "Hello?", very impaired sounding. I asked "Is this Grren Taxi?". Dead silence for about 15 seconds and then "ah yeah". I said "Maybe you should answer thank you for calling green taxi, may I help you? instead of ah yeah!". We started to proced to book it and he asked "Ah where are you coming from/" "Parkwood hospital" "Ok you're all set." "Um, no, you need to know where to come at Parkwood, what time, where I'm going and the rate". He then hung up n me!! I was VERY upset, called back "Ah Hello?" "Yes, we were just speaking about a cab for me at Parkwood and you hung up on me?! In a world of Uber, I still find myself calling a cab here in London. I decided to call London Green Taxi because a previous Yelper gave them 5 stars. So I thought, why not? It was about 5am and the dispatcher picked up the phone promptly and a car was on its way. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The driver helped me with my luggage and was very kind throughout the entire ride. We shared in small chit-chat to pass the time. He was engaging without being overbearing and was very polite. Overall, the driver was courteous, safe, and the service was very good. I'd be happy to call Green Taxi again soon! read more

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest i am able to rate or i would rate them as no stars. I have been waiting over an hour for a taxi at this point! I have called dispatch 3 separate times and no one seems to be able to answer simple questions such as where is the taxi and when will it be here? I called the driver directly and he said he will not be coming because he has to pick his children up from school. At this point i am late for my own job and wondering how any of these incompetent employees still have there jobs! This is why other competators are putting you out of business. Your driver was unprofessional and rude, least to say. As you can see I am a regular customer and this is first time I have faced such a problem. He came late and his main focus was on his coffee so he never said sorry for anything. He has demanded advance payment in cash. Even manager on phone was not able to convince or order him not to go against company policy which clearly state "payment at drop off ". So I have to pay in advance for the ride. Over the weekend I jumped into a GREEN taxi that I had not called from (Richmond row district) I was extremely intoxicated and my destination was HOME with a stop a fast food joint in MY area. The driver took me to a different location and wanted sexual favors. A KFC employee had to drive me home. I have three witnesses (complete strangers) to back this story. I paid my fare via debit.
