Everyone knows I love me some cheap Chinese, and this is my favorite drive through spot for same. Today's offering is a perfect example of why I like this place so much. I selected teriyaki chicken with fried rice from today's specials. For $6.29, I received a pile of nicely prepared fried rice, a stir fry of mixed veggies in sauce (Napa cabbage, carrot, mushroom, broccoli, zucchini, onion) plus a generous serving of teriyaki chicken pieces. Tasty, generous, not overcooked but piping hot. Honestly, I could've had half for lunch and the other half as dinner! My family is picky about Chinese food, and this place has delicious food! While I wasn't thrilled with their beef & broccoli, their General Tso's is phenomenal. My family wanted to have Chinese food for Christmas Eve and our normal place was closed, so we decided to try Green tea. It did not disappoint! As other reviews have said, it's in an old Sonic, which is nice because there's room for people to pull aside if their food is taking longer. We didn't have to do that as it wasn't that busy, but it's good to know they're set up for that. The ordering process works pretty well, though they have the menu right where you place your order and it's a little hard to read. Also the guy taking our orders talked really fast, so it took multiple repeats to understand what he was asking. Overall it was pretty smooth though. We ordered 3 large meals, a side of pork fried rice, crab rangoons, wontons, and egg rolls, all for $45. Each meal was actually 3 meals it was so much food, so it's an excellent value for the money. The food was all delicious too-the sweet and sour chicken was just how I like it, the rangoons were full of cream cheese, and the pork fried rice had so much flavor. We stopped here for lunch recently and were amazed to see how reasonable the prices are. We weren't sure what to expect, as a former Sonics Burger place, it has a drive through and meals are served in styrofoam containers and plastic utensils. We ordered one order of Mongolian Chicken and one order of General Tso's Chicken. We also ordered 2 small Hot & Sour soups (these are huge!) and an order of spicy chicken wings. The meal was prepared and served fairly quickly, although the soups and chicken wing appetizer came after the main meal was served. The food quality was very good, considering the pricing and the quantity they give you. We were only able to eat half teh food because of the serving size, so we took the rest home as a doggy bag and had the other half as dinner later that night. We will be back, for sure! :) read more

I have read all the reviews and decided last night was the night I was going to make my husband go out of his way to get us dinner here. I got the combo meal of teriyaki chicken with an egg roll and fried rice. This meal was delicious. For take out they give you not one but two types of sauces and the portion sizes are rather large. I loved the large amount and variety of veggies. I also like that the chicken did not have way too much sauce on it the balance was really good. If this place was not so far from my home I would go here more often because the quality in price cannot be beat. Yum! read more

Chinese drive-thru: brilliant... speedy drive-thru... portions definitely big enough to share... massive crab rangoon... friendly staff that came to the car to collect the money. Also ordered the Szechuan shrimp which I did not find to be spicy but full of fresh vegetables and good flavor. Be hungry! The portions are humongous and delicious. During safer at home, we call ahead and pick up at the side door. I recommend this because the drive up order lane is usually 15 cars long. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fried rice, it didn't have much to it so I don't recommend as a stand alone entree. read more

Thought I would give Green Tea a try on the recommendation of a couple friends. I was not impressed. The good news is they give you a lot of food, the bad news is the food isn't very good. The crab rangoons have no crab, imitation or otherwise. There are little pink dots but zero meat, and the cream cheese has a sweet taste that is unpleasant. I had sweet and sour chicken and the chicken had a strange metallic after taste. The people are nice and they get your food out quickly but the taste and quality of the food is not good. read more

We stopped here after grocery shopping one night, after a long day of work not wanting to cook. We went through the drive trough and thought we could get something easy, we happened to see the meal for 2 for 20 dollars. We ordered this and it came with a large General Tso's chicken and large chicken and broccoli, a huge container of rice, two egg rolls and two beverages. This was enough food that we didn't even open the chicken and broccoli and just ate the General and saved the other for the next day. I have a sensitivity to MSG and other sodium additives, and I have to say this is the first time I have ever had Chinese food and did not have a MSG headache the next day. I asked in the drive through if I could have it without MSG and they said there is no MSG in any of their food. We got the food on a Wednesday as Thursday was Valentine's Day. I asked my SO jokingly on V-day night if he knew he was ordering our V-day dinner when we went through the drive through Wednesday. A good laugh was had, but I have to say, we had a decent meal both nights with the fare provided. Because I am trying to be more mindful of my health next time I would just get the chicken and broccoli, and we now know a large is more than enough for two adults. The egg rolls were a little mushy on the inside, but they were crisp on the outside, so not inedible. The General Tso had good flavor and nice large real chicken chunks. The chicken and broccoli was also tasty. This is by far the best Chinese food in Green Bay. Their Teriyaki Chicken is amazing and the sauce that comes with it is the best I've ever had. I love the egg rolls as well. It's been a while since we've been here. In the past we always have had a good experience. What we love the most is all the veggies they use are fresh, nothing is out of a can. The food is always delicious and there's plenty of it. But this time my meal was a little off and they forgot the sauce for the crab rangoon and the sauce for our shrimp fried rice. There is enough tables for 16 people to dine in but really only enough room for 8 to 12 people! This an old sonic drive in! I dined inside but it is designed to be a drivethru or carry out quick Chinese joint! My meal was hot and delicious! Lots of veggies including cabbage, green pepper, onion , broccoli, and mushrooms!
