We have a busy spring with a wedding event and several get-togethers at our home. My wife wanted the tile redone to try and make it look better. Fabio came in and with his machinery and expertise the floors look brand new. In my opinion you can't go wrong with Fabio. He was very reasonably priced did not try to upsell me on anything he just came in gave me a fair price and did a wonderful job. We have plank tile so grout lines every 5 inches not a flooring choice I would make again but with Fabio there to make sure the tile and grout can stay clean.
