No bueno…read more THE GOOD: After reading all of the glowing reviews on Google and Yelp, I was confident that I picked the right place and excited to get rid of an ugly stump in front of my house. I called the office, left my information, and got a return call within an hour to make arrangements - great communication! I was given the name and number of the guy who was supposed to show up at my house between 10 and 2 the following Saturday. I asked what prep needed to be done and was given instructions to help the stump removal run smoothly (remove and/or protect surrounding plants). That's where the good part of this review ends. THE BAD: Got up early on Saturday, went to the bank to get cash to pay the guy. "Temporarily" dug up some surrounding shrubs. Waited. At 1:15 when I had heard nothing, I texted the individual who I made arrangements with AND the individual who was supposed to come to do the work. No response. THE UGLY: $50 worth of shrubs are languishing in buckets, and I still have an ugly stump in need of removal. VERY frustrating.

Then after I agreed to the very reasonable estimate a week prior, the crew came out yesterday and did a great job. They actually did more than I expected and these oak trees look wonderful and professionally done. They made sure to put the black tar stuff where each limb was removed, and they cleaned up the area after they were done. Tree trimming was good. Concrete work was good. The sprinkler system has some problems. The zones could have used more consideration. We have sprinkler heads in rock beds. Gaps in coverage and sprinkler heads that leave three feet of dry space in front of the house. We have called numerous times and received numerous promises of fixing it.
