Dissatisfied and disappointed with the service! Company and Owner is dishonest. His cleaning lady Jennifer lied that we would not clean out the refrigerator for her when she asked "Is it OK if I take these things out of the refrigerator to clean?" I was on a conference call so I have a witness. Owner states one thing before getting your money and says another to defend lazy cleaning crew. After the cleaning lady left we discovered she had in missed two rooms. We completed an entire tour. I called and spoke to the owner the morning of and he said he was sending two people. However when the cleaning lady showed up she said one of her helpers called out sick and she was by herself. Another gentlemen showed up who is the owner's right hand man and he did an excellent job for the short time he could stay. He had to leave to do a carpet cleaning but he knocked out ceiling fans, our Florida room and a bathroom while she had only started one bathroom. My husband was disappointed that she was still here when he got home and he wasn't happy hearing me having to go back after her and have things cleaned that weren't touched. Her vacuum couldn't handle the pet hair and said the company was supposed to be upgrading. The cleaning lady was very nice but we think there could've been more efficient process of completing an entire room instead of going back-and-forth between rooms and missing several rooms. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired them to clean a rental property which needed a very deep clean. They quoted $400 and then when they showed up said it was in worse shape than anticipated and to clean the house in its entirety that it would be an extra $200. Which we were totally ok with. The house is 3bd/2bath, 1400 sq ft. I came back this morning, they didn't mop the hallway, they didn't dust anything, they didn't wipe any drawers or closets out, they didn't even wipe the ceiling fan dust off. I even pointed out the dust on fans to the cleaning ladies and not once was told that wasn't included in a deep cleaning for $600. I called the owner of Greentech to let him know for that price the hallway floors and fans should have been cleaned. He continued to talk over me and say they cleaned what they could in 4 hours which was the original quoted price of $400. He wouldn't even listen that we paid an extra $200 and the ladies said they would clean everything. He had a bunch of excuses yelled at me and wouldn't even listen. WORST cleaning company I've dealt with in my years of rentals. Hire them if you want your money stolen & crappy service!! read more

I hired this company to clean carpets before moving into this house. I set a specific date and time for a purpose. They went in early and cleaned, thereby negating my purpose and plan. But even worse, I told them the former owners has dogs. When I got there. Black dog hair was around ALL the edges of every room. It was as if their vacuum just pushed it to the edges and then they left without cleaning the edges. I spent a lot of time cleaning baseboards of dog hair where it landed and going around the corners and edges of all the rooms..... I should not have had to do much of the work that I already paid them for.... plus the owner said he would follow up with me and he never called me back, Knowing I was upset Even ok the final bill, the original date and time was on it...... they just went early fir their convenience and ignored my set plan read more

Green Tech completed a condo move out cleaning for me in Fort Walton Beach. Scheduling was easy, and the company's owner, Derrick, was accessible from the beginning to explain pricing and other details. Communication was excellent. Green Tech also schedules cleanings on Sundays, which was unique; no other company that I contacted could provide service on that day. The crew that performed the job conducted themselves very professionally, and they did a great job. The property manager for the unit was incredibly picky/hard to please, and requested that some items be addressed again. I contacted Derrick, and again he came to the rescue. He had the crew come back out again in less than 48 hours and corrected the outstanding issues. Derrick even wrote an email explaining the nature of "wear and tear" and use on various household finishes, as well as detailing the specific cleaning methods that were used. This was helpful in preventing the condo's owners from attempting to retain any of my security deposit. 0 STARS!!! In September of 2019, my husband and I were in need of a top to bottom deep clean for the house we were moving out of. We had high expectations and thought we had made the right decision, based on first impression of website and promptness of returning my call to get an appointment. Upon their arrival, we were still hopeful and excited to have a job well done that we were paying $375 for. When I went to the house for inspection, I found only one person was left to the do the job all by herself. She did not have the proper cleaning supplies, and informed me she asked her coworker to bring her a vacuum and other supplies and he would not. I proceeded to do a walk through to find the baseboards had not been wiped, only lightly swept; the stainless refrigerator was left horribly streaked; the windows had not been cleaned, the bathroom mirrors were not properly cleaned and she tried to pass off the mirror had chips in it.... it did NOT, just needed some pressure to clean properly; a magic eraser was used and a residue was left everywhere it was used, the ceiling fans were not cleaned by hand, but by broom and the blades had not even touched. I could continue to go on to express how my expectations were not reached. I will say, the woman that was left to do the job was very nice, had no attitude about the issues I brought to her attention, it seemed there were possible personal issues between her and her coworker. If this is how they conduct business on a regular basis, I am surprised to see them still open. I even reached out to the owner of the business to express my disappointment of the job, only to be ignored. read more

Derrick Green is a Veteran and The Owner of Green Tech Cleaning LLC. I had lived in a Townhouse in Fort Walton Beach, Florida for the past eight years and I have had major medical issues for the last year. Needless to say it wasn't as clean as I preferred. When it came time to move I wanted a professional cleaning service to do the move out cleaning. The time and effort it would involve were not something I wanted to deal with, with all the other things going with the move. I found Green Tech Cleaning here on Yelp and upon sending a quote request, I heard back quickly from Mr. Green. He came to my home and looked it over and gave me a reasonable quote. On the day of the move, Aug. 31st, his employee was sick and Mr. Green showed up himself to do the work. He communicated with me via text and let me know when he had completed the job with accompanied pictures and completed check off list. Today, September 28, nearly a month later, I finally received my deposit from Coastal Realty Management company and was very pleased that nothing was taken out for additional cleaning! I would quickly and enthusiastically recommend Green Tech Cleaning for anyone needing a move out cleaning. It is reasonable to assume that his other cleaning services are just as good.
