Now the crowns are popping off, and I am being told that instead of fixing them my only options are implants which are very time consuming and expensive . I was originally told that the crowns would work and I wouldn't need any implants, which is why I paid so much money to have them done The record-keeping at this office is horrible. I have had things sent a way to labs to be completed and lost. There's no accountability. Been called a liar 3 times because they do not know how to do their job or take accountability for any of their mistakes. Recently someone apparently botched my daughters root canal and her face is swollen. Did they answer their phones or return a phone call about needing an emergency apt? No they did not. And in the last year this seems to be routine for them. I could go on but why bother, they are totally loosing our business from now on even if we have to drive back down to southern oregon for a dentist. Stay away, bunch of unprofessional scam artists.

The front office staff is nice and greets everyone with a smile and even though ive only been going there for less then a year they already call me by name. The dentist is really nice he was filling a cavity and took care of a small chip next to it while he was there just to be nice. His assistants are also nice. I had to get a wisdom tooth removed and they have a very experienced dentist there that does the tooth extractions. He is very nice and will tell you a story while he is pulling your tooth. Unfortunately he was so quick I didnt get to hear the whole story about all the teeth he pulled in the military. I would recommend this place. They even have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch while they clean your teeth.

The doctor focused on treating the patient correctly and quickly. Based on my past experience, many dental clinics recommend various treatments. Even if there is no problem, they recommend it and spend a lot of time and money on treatment, saying it is for preventive purposes. However, I could tell that Dr. Ahn was thinking from the patient's perspective. I was most grateful that they thought about the patient financially as well as letting them know what was best for the situation. He is not a doctor who makes the patients feel good by flatters, but he provides prompt and correct treatment, which is why I am writing a review. I called the doctor the weekend after surgery to ask a few questions, and I am very grateful that he answered the phone right away. I also learned that Dr. Ahn has been serving the Tillamook community full time for the past 30 years. I recommend this dental clinic.

Dr. Long took care of a couple of his teeth, but once I ran out of money he refused to finish or let me make payments. My son developed an abscess that could have killed him. Dr. Long did not care. I had to take him to Portland to a dentist who did not hesitate to care for my Mexican American son whom Dr. Long could have cared less about. I paid the Portland dentist in full after several months. Dr. Long is fine as long as you're not a poor Mexican American. He's a monster to me.
