On the first day, I had two people I spoke with both were extremely kind and caring in regard to my health. At the same time of giving professional advice by phone they also were very patient listening to my story and only expressed concern for my well-being. I waited, but after another day of googling my condition and to drive me to go in on urgent status, Dr. Jenck also was very courteous and professional, and accommodated me in nearly one hour to get me in and assess my condition. The fact that I was using up his weekend when I could've had this done on Friday the day before, he told not to worry about it and that's what he was there for was to put the community first and especially when there is a risk to a person's vision. I've been to a few doctors and I know when somebody's blowing hot air. Dr. Jenck was nothing short of sincere and honest when he said it was important and that he didn't mind one bit coming out on his day off. Dr. Jenck and his staff at Tillamook Vision Center as a team and in my book, score an A+ for professionalism, knowledge, skill, courteousness, and being downright down to earth, good people. Not to mention handling emergencies with seamless and effortless skill and compassion to the final conclusion. I have hard gels over my own nails and a lot of salons try to convince me I have acrylics!! Can't do those--have an allergic reaction every time and I've been screwed in a couple of instances. But last year, when I sat down with Jen and showed her what my gal uses at home and she totally understood I did hard gels, she did an amazing job. I left there one happy soul! That is the reason I did NOT hesitate to go back this year. Once again she did a great job and I left there again one happy person! Jen prides herself on making sure every one is happy and gets what they need to get their nails done. It's family owned and family operated. I have done laser hair removal at 2 different places, the first was a med spa that I never saw real results and the second was done at a facility by a professional. The second time for a lot of the hair, but still not all of it and not any of the thinner or lighter hairs and could not do any over tattoos. Electrolysis has helped me get rid of unwanted hair, regardless of the color or my skin type. It's absolutely the best investment I've ever made and Lexi is the best I've worked with.
