What impressed me the most was the customer service. There was always someone nearby asking me if I needed help and finding me what I was looking for. Payment process was easy. Someone outside looks at what you have and writes you a ticket which you then take indoors to pay. This will probably be my go to choice for plants and flowers in the future.
