First...they did a terrible job leaving part of the property unplowed and sidewalks untouched. They didn't dig out the fire hydrant or trash areas and put down 1200 pounds of salt on 10 parking spaces (well they billed us for this)! Although the contract limits salt to 400 lbs or less unless requested they kept coming. They salted 62 times and even came on bright sunny days when there was NO snow, NO rain, NO sleet and even the forecast for days didn't show any precipitation. Now we have a bill for $4,500 for services we told them NOT to provide! We cancelled the contract...and they still keep coming. Now they are damaging our grass and property. Please never use them, they are unethical.
