Clean up was spectacular. Not only did they clean up any and all of their own messes, they cleaned up many of mine in the. process, leaving my yard looking like a well cared for national park. When we asked, we were responded too rudely, and as if we were stupid. In the estimate, there was not mention of a $200 charge to drive the trucks for the tree removal to our home. There was no mention of a $300 charge to take the wood to the dump. There was no mention of a $50 charge for them to take a 15 minute break. There was no mention that they would plow my neighbors driveway and include that on my bill - none of these things were ever mentioned at all and when we asked, we were verbally bullied in response. The workers need to be watched to be sure they are working - if you do not watch, you will be charged for time when nothing was done. We saw them sit in their truck for 30 minutes shortly after the boss left - we took time stamped pics to show - if we did not watch and report, that break would have cost us $100. One guy worked for 15 minutes while the other smoked and watched - we sent pics of this but got no response and were still charged the full amount for that time. The boss brought young kids to work with him and left them in a truck that was in the street and running for about 90 minutes. The kids came out a few times and were sent back to the running truck. One of the trees had the roots above ground (it fell from the weight of the snow). They knew this because I sent photos of the job. There was no mention that they would leave this behind. When I asked what to fill the hole with after they removed it, I was responded to, again, like I was stupid. Be very observant, and very aware, if choosing to hire this company.
