Dj answers every question I have, if he doesn't know the answer he will definitely find it out for me. If I missed appointment he calls to make sure I was okay and reschedule my appointment. Tina my physical therapist miracle hands, her main focus was getting me better. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was just another client. All her Tips and exercise was for what worked for me to help me improve my shoulder at 100%. Her energy and love for her job helped me tremendously. The receptionist asked me about five times if I had an appointment, which I did. When I FINALLY got to the exam room (after 50 minutes in the waiting room) I noticed it had not been cleaned up after the last patient - YUCK! I then sat in the dirty exam room with my two year old and three month old for 30 minutes. I finally got to see the doctor. He wanted to prescribe me some antibiotics. I asked if they were okay to take when nursing, as I am a nursing mom. He said, "I don't know." WHAT??? Then he said, "well, we'll just prescribe amoxicillan since that is what they'd give your baby if he were sick. And it is probably good for him to get some antibiotics through your breastmilk since you have been giving him the germs anyway." Makes me wonder how much attention he paid in medical school if that is his medical philosophy. Needless to say I will not be going back to see this doctor.

I have never had to wait over 30 minutes to see him. He always makes time to listen to all of your concerns. I was impressed that he was well versed and knowledgeable in a rare prior condition that I had. They will charge a no show fee if you do not show to your appointment. The office is shared with a sleep study facility.

Dr. Kubal charged her $100 cash and filled the form. On 09/21/2018, my mother went to her naturalization interview, the officer told her that her N-684 from was filled incorrectly. After the interview, we went to Dr. Kubal's clinic, he insisted that he had to charge my mother an other $150 to correct the same form. We went his clinic a few times, but Dr. Kubal refused to correct the form unless he got paid. Even his associate Dr. Kamoj told us that my mother shouldn't get charged for the same paper. Due to Dr. Kubal's greedy, my mother failed on her naturalization.

They were sending a referral to another surgeon. I called back today to tell them the new surgeon hasn't recieved my referral. THEY HAVE NOT SENT IT! THIS IS A FAIRLY IMPORTANT SURGERY! I am in a lot of pain. This place is not safe, if I could give less than one start I would. RUN, run to any other practice! I understand that things happen, but one and a half hours after my scheduled appointment I was still in the waiting room. They finally came in and said the dr was stuck in the monsoonlike rain, ok, but for 1.5 hours?? He came in, and actually thinks he knows the problem! Then he got me some STAT testing, well in 24 hours but better than the two weeks originally offered. They had forgotten to get my vitals, again no biggie except we were heading into hour two here. The waiting room is clean, the tv was on. The day before my surgery they called to say they were mistaken, they do NOT take my ins, surgery canceled. I asked what should I do, she didn't know, didn't really care, pretty much hung up on me. So, here I sit in the Urgent Care, hoping a doctor will step up and fix me before the pain kills me.

I have had an issue for years with no long term relief. Not only did my chronic pain lessen soon after seeing Sean, but he also discovered what was wrong. He suggested a couple of different ortho's and I was able to determine a tear in my biscep which was causing the pain. Most suprisingly, you get serviced by the doctor himself, not a flunky that does not care. Both Sean and Al have dedicated themselves to helping others and it shows.
