Any riffraff going on or shady characters is probably a product of the park's location. I come here for swim lessons, and the pool is actually pretty nice. The hours aren't great, and they don't open a minute early, but the staff is decent. There is a separate baby pool and dive pool. Unfortunately, the slide in the main pool is condemned (yikes).

Everyone is friendly, helpful, and creates such a positive environment for players and families. The cleanliness here is exceptional. The courts, restrooms, and viewing areas are always spotless and well-maintained. You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping the facility in top shape, and it makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Everything runs smoothly, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the team clearly goes above and beyond behind the scenes. It's honestly one of the best-run volleyball facilities we've ever been to! they all deserve a day off with double pay or at least a pizza party Thank you Tom for all you do. Highly recommend!

The design SUCKS. As a parent of a kid in a league who has to go here twice a week, the worst thing…read moreabout the place is the center hall for onlookers. On top of the constant ambient noise that the design does nothing to mitigate, there is music playing from several small speakers in the ceiling at a volume so low that it's impossible to detect what the song is but high enough to hear unbearable jangly metallic noise. It's a hellish noise-scape that I loathe paying for. The

I've been trying to visit more of the city parks around Tucson in the past few months and found…read morethat Menlo Park was pretty run-of-the-mill. They have some pieces of exercise equipment available for citizens to use, a soccer field with goals, and a few concrete basketball courts. The park definitely looks a little older and not too well maintained, but yoy can tell that it gets a decent amount of use from the surrounding community. Menlo Park could use a little extra TLC from the Tucson Parks and Recreation Department (and a few more benches) to make it a little more hospitable, but it certainly isn't the worst place to have picnic or a family soccer game.
