I retained this firm based on a referral from another attorney in my family. Because of that…read morerecommendation, I entered the relationship with a high level of trust and confidence that my case would be handled professionally and thoroughly. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations. Prior to my hearing, I provided important facts and details regarding my case multiple times. Despite those discussions, it became clear during the proceeding that my attorney was not adequately prepared with information I had already provided. What concerned me most was the lack of participation and advocacy during the proceeding itself. As the opposing side presented information, I did not feel that my attorney challenged inaccuracies, raised concerns, or actively represented my interests. At one point, I felt compelled to request a break myself so I could speak with my attorney because issues that should have been addressed were not being addressed. As a client, I paid for legal representation, preparation, and guidance. Instead, I left feeling unprepared, unsupported, and responsible for raising issues that I believed my attorney should have been handling. After the proceeding, I requested a refund because I did not believe I received the level of representation I had paid for. I was dissatisfied with how that matter was handled and with the lack of resolution regarding my concerns. This review reflects my personal experience. My disappointment was amplified because this firm came highly recommended through a trusted family referral, and the representation I received did not meet the expectations that recommendation created.

Terrible experience with this law firm! Hired Andy Maberry to handle my mother's succession. He…read moreresigned before succession was closed. Was appointed another lawyer, Liz Williams, after Andy left. Paid this firm $3000. They did not accomplish 1 thing during the duration of 1 year. I had to call Liz to introduce myself to her, as I was informed of her representation via a letter in the mail. Needless to say, a couple of emails were sent, nothing ever filed with the court, and no progress on closing succession. I was sent a $125.00 bill which I disputed being that I had a $1500.00 credit when Andy left in August. Very disappointed with how my case was handled!

From child custody and enforcement issues, to contempt of court cases and navigating complex matters like wrongful death, workers' compensation, and even unique situations such as lemon law claims--he has handled it all with incredible skill and dedication. If I could zero stars I would! Harold was a joke of a lawyer when he represented my wife in a…read morecustody battle. His office was a messy disaster when my wife and I went to sign the original petition. That should've set off the alarm but we decided to give Harold a shot. BIG MISTAKE! Harold's paralegal was kind and informative, but Harold himself as a lawyer looked like a guppy in a shark tank. When we went to trial, he was unprepared, and looked out of his league. He didn't meet with us before the hearing and didn't know the names of our family members. That's kind of a big deal when we ask him to represent our family. During the hearing, he looked lost and confused. Spent most of the time on his cell phone and at one point pulled out his credit card and bought something! When it came time for cross examination of my wife's ex husband...he asked two insignificant questions, then turns to my wife and I and asks us what else he should ask! He's the lawyer for crying out loud! He should've been prepared and had more questions ready. This shows how "dedicated" he was to representing us. I understand it's a small law office and he has more than just one case to handle, but when you are relied on to represent a family, I would hope you put more effort into actually representing them and knowing the facts of the case. If you want shotty representation, terrible communication and no chance, hire this guy...
