Whether it is nonimmigrant artists or athletes, Immigrant Families or Married/Engaged Spouses, or researchers and crucial scientists, Doyle Law LLC treats their clients with incredible care and walks their clients through every step of the incredibly complicated immigration system. Highlights of the firm include communication, client-oriented service, in depth knowledge and experience in the immigration system, and high success rate of their cases. From what I can see, any negative reviews are a critique of the immigration system and preference for YouTube tutorials rather than genuine views on the attorney.

ISSUE #1, when consulting with her, she was not knowledgeable about the Public Charge rule that was going into effect at the time, yet me (who's not a lawyer) was very much savvy to it from lawyers I found on youtube and being up to date in immigration news. I sent her some articles and links to the lawyers on youtube to her so that she can stay up to date.. that should have warned me to stop there. ISSUE #2, we received an RFE because of an error that SHE made on our paperwork (this error was not on the copy I gave her). A lawyer is to ensure your paper work is accurate, not make additional errors. The RFE also had errors that I already questioned her about when we went over everything. Her suggestions is what we put on the application, so when I told her that's the other reason for the RFE she casually said, "oh I guess they didn't like that, so now we know!"... one would think as an immigration lawyer you would know what is the best to send to USCIS and not guess and "now you know" for next time. On top of that, she didn't even bother to contact us when the RFE arrived, which she received the letter from USCIS as well. I had to finally reach out to her instead. ISSUE #3 She did not follow up with is for several months. I had already started doing the rest of the work on my own working with the embassies and NVC by following advice from those lawyers I follow on youtube. She eventually sends an email about things but it was regarding things I've already gone done and knew about. I reminded her that it had been months and we had not heard anything since that RFE and we were very disappointed in her service. I would think at the least she would refund some of the money or offer a discount or free service. But she insulted me further by not even remembering her error, (I had to send screenshots of the conversation to show her errors). She apologized but it's already a slap in the face. Then wanted me to follow her videos on Facebook to keep up and let me know when I want to pay for the next service... We paid around $800 for sloppy work and if I wanted those kind of results I could have done the paperwork (as I did afterwards) without her for free. So why would I pay even further?? VERY disappointing! To not make it completely horrible, she is very polite. I am unsure if she just started her practice and we were among the first for her to make errors, and if so I will give her that if it's the case. Her few reviews were great and she was local, which is why I went to her originally. But I don't like paying hundreds to someone who is not attentive to her work or to her customers.
