I call them and whoever answers tells me the manager just isn't there right now and says they'll contact the manager and call me to let me know when she might be there again. For five years, my husband and I were content customers at Greenbox-Coors Field. So, we couldn't believe how rudely and obstructively we were treated when moving out two weeks ago, Friday, July 17. We now live in Albuquerque, so we made arrangements for a friend in Denver to empty the unit and bring our stuff to us. Since he didn't have a key to the unit, we called Greenbox in advance and were told that they could cut the lock for a fee. We thought we were all set. But no such luck. The person working that day was 40 minutes late opening the office, not wearing a mask, completely unhelpful, and extremely rude to our friend. He insisted they could not cut the lock without a notarized affidavit from us, even after talking to my husband on the phone. (By the way, he would only talk to my husband - not me, even though we had set up the account in both names, I get all their emails, I pay the bills, and I had made all the arrangements for that day, but that's a whole different story...) Lucky for me, I guess: I've never seen my husband get so frustrated and angry on the phone. We spent the rest of the day trying to figure out some way to get our stuff the same day - even tried to send a copy of our key through KeyMe, but nothing worked. We didn't want to forfeit the almost $500 we paid for the van our friend had already picked up, ready to load. Eventually we found a Denver locksmith who helped us get into our unit. All he needed was a copy of our lease agreement and ID. If the locksmith could accept these as proof, why couldn't Greenbox? Problem solved, but it cost us $150. To add insult to injury, we had just paid our monthly bill three days earlier. Greenbox doesn't do any prorating for partial months, so we're still paying them for an empty storage unit until August 14th. On that day and since then I have tried to find a way to contact Greenbox and reach someone other than the rude person at the office. No luck there either; Greenbox administration is unreachable. All contact information leads back to the front office. After all this, I am happy to be through with them. It's just a shame, after five years and thousands of dollars, to leave on a sour note, and not be able to recommend them to anyone. read more

For a storage unit, I've had little issues compared to other's poor reviews. If you have a question, ask during business hours. If you don't get an answer on the phone, call the Delgany location. If they don't answer, the online chat will prompt management to call. The gentleman I met in person several times over the last year has been very helpful with any issues. Unfortunately I think he left, but I've still had positive experiences and conversations with the new associates. Best price for the value you'll find in denver. My only complaint is the location is very awkward and hard to get in & out of but it's manageable. read more

Greenbox has been great so far. Brandon was extremely helpful and easy to work with and helped me find a larger unit even though I had reserved a smaller one. Moving my things in was fairly simple, and they provide large carts to use for loading and unloading which was fantastic. The facilities are extremely clean and well-maintained. read more

Opened an account w / them on 5/16/15. Easy application process. The main reason I signed up so quickly is because of the thoughtfulness of design. Storage spaces come w/ elevators, ramps for cars to partially drive into storage facility to unload large items, and complimentary dolleys/carts. All the lights are sensored and the storage doors open 180 degrees, to ensure you have full access to your storage entrance. This has not been the case at other facilities I've been to...so kudos to Greenbox for paying attention:) read more

First class. I dealt with them over the phone initially which is always a test. Bill and Brandon gave me great info. When I visited yesterday to look around before renting, Tucker showed me around then signed me up. Super nice and helpful. The place is new, spotless, cleaner than most restaurants. Loading docks, climate controlled, carts, lots of parking and easy access with long hours 7 days a week. Really happy I found this place thanks to Yelp. read more

I hate having to store things but when we saw where this storage facility was located we decided to check it out. The staff is amazing and the facility is always immaculate. I have had to go there by myself at night (as a woman) and have never felt uncomfortable. We stored some expensive things in our unit and it was never tampered with. We love the idea that our business (Denver's Moving Boxes, which rents green moving boxes to families and businesses moving within Denver) has found a home in a facility that prides itself on being green. We use the Greenbox Self Storage on Delgany for our warehouse space. Needless to say we are in and out of the facility almost every day. It is convenient, and thanks to Brandon and the staff, it is always clean and secure. We appreciate the wide well lit hallways and clean bathrooms and it's also nice to be able to use the business center for meetings. read more

I just got a 5x10 storage unit here. The facility is very easy to get to, lots of parking, very well kept and clean and secure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely good and 1 got 1 month free with 1 month rental. I can't say enough good things about them. It was very easy to load in and I even had the use of their truck for free for 4 hours. Great deal. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely do so. From Daniel at the front desk to Tina the Operations Director who failed to call me at our schedule meeting time, their team is extremely rude, unresponsive and aggressive. I Highly advise to stay clear of this company. They do not provide any type of trash receptacle to dispose of waste. They were unable to furnish the "addendum" that I "signed" that shows this clause relating to trash. The manager Daniel threatened to call the police on me for demanding that a manager contact me to me. A manager has yet to contact me and my credit card on file was fraudulently charged $40.00 without my authorization. Do not leave a credit card on file with this company as they will authorize charges without your permission. I will be contacting the city of Denver and pursuing a civil lawsuit for 1) the inability to furnish receipt of my rental agreement & addendum 2) Charging my credit card without my authorization. 3) alleged gross negligence for failing to respond to my requests. Tina the operations director called me and abruptly hung-up on me after I questioned why she didn't call me at our scheduled meeting time. They have now given me a notice of termination without reasoning & are unavailable to get ahold of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

I rented from March 2018-June 2018. Was mandated to sign up for auto pay, when I moved out they never stopped the payment, it is now August and they have continued to charge me. I have spoken to the manager several times and I have had to wait almost two weeks for my refund. They blatantly admitted that they "got a new manager, because the old one didn't know what he was doing, and didn't move you out, and left you in the system". Mind you it is now two months later and they are still charging me. Good luck getting a refund, because they will avoid it like the plague to get you your money back. They are a fraud, and I highly recommend you do not use this storage facility. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I have been renting at Greenbox self storage for over two yrs. When I moved in they were certainly nice and helpful. My unit was in a newer part of the building so very nice and clean. This past year it has become increasingly dirty, and damaged. The carts are filthy, not sure they have ever been cleaned in two yrs. The floors, entry, elevator are so so so dirty. I had gone to the office to mention there had been a sandwich on the floor of the elevator for over a week...."sure we will take care of it". For another two weeks it remained until it became a crumpled mess. No wonder there were little bugs everywhere. I had rented at a green storage in Stapleton. For the two years there it was spotless. I would NOT recommend using this site on Delaney. read more

The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the rude guy that works there. He's deliberately difficult. Answering questions he focuses on how you have to pay more for asking the staff to do stuff. Worst case scenario kind of person He behaves like he's the son of the owner. Know what I mean??? Like he has power but really daddy has all the power. If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to these guys. We have 3 storage units with them. James is beyond fantastic - he worked with me to get the best rate for my crazy needs during our move. Because of him, I won't go anywhere else for storage and I tell everyone about GreenBox. They have been helpful, flexible, friendly and professional. Not things you generally see in storage facilities. And I love that they are so green. Just ask them as they show you their clean, bright facilities to tell you how just green they are.
