Over the years I have stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb facilities. I have never found a place that offered as much value for the dollar as does 5th on Main in Hopkins, Minnesota. The facilities are brand new having been completely remodeled in 2023. Each studio apartment is furnished with full kitchens. The apartments are spacious, well-designed with excellent storage space and are immaculately clean (which was especially important to me). There is convenient off-street parking and each building has a state-of-the-art security system and laundry facilities. 5th on Main has a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the Historic Hopkins downtown area. The area property manager was rude and uncaring. Maintenance seemed limited by ownership, leaving leaks and ventilation problems unresolved. The building feels rundown: one unreliable washer and dryer for the whole place, smelly carpets, and broken doors. Amenities are misleading, and common areas are neglected. They need real plumbers to fix the constant pipe issues.and Susan is very rude and washer and dryer is Ragley and I learned how to wash for free from another building so no one pays to wash but my point of saying this is if you can rig washer what does that mean? But I chose to still walk across the street and just pay to get my clothes and then another neighbor before I you know you can for free.
