I would avoid this practice at all cost. They care about profit over care. They are always understaffed. Getting Pre authorizations are nearly impossible. She spends time with me and answers all my questions. I highly recommend her. The only problem I have is that she is semi-retired and will have to find another doctor when she officially retires. I hope it won't be for awhile.
