Just to be doubly sure, I checked my bank statement, and the transaction cleared. So this final notice, and continued assault on my time is less than appreciated. And now, I am going back and forth over a bill that I already paid. They have frauded insurance companies, Optimum and now am hearing others also say another insurance company.We own a home in Seven Hills right next door to them as well as Wellington Seven Hills, across street from them, which is why we went there. Once I was there and they refused to treat me, because I was taking pictures of the Christmas tree decorations, non recording, took me back to a room where the guy came and took temp, NO DR., NO NURSE ,NO practioner saw me, just the temperature and oxygen finger test guy, no evaluation, then came in and told me to leave. NO TREATMENT NO DR. Then they bill my insurance for the cost. Husband went in for covid test, all fine, he paid and was coming back in another week to 2 weeks. He went in and said was here for covid check up test. Was told they do not do follow -up test. Then again, he was charged on his insurance,. We did not report, as thought I would go back if needed, which I did months later, and was evaluated , treated and all was fine. I paid and left. Now a year later, I go in and this Doug person with the personality of a plant, tells me to leave, because of the Christmas picture incident, he says I need to leave, a nobody who thinkis he is somebody ,obviously uneducated, I had been there twice since then without incident. Was treated. Had saved those charges to insurance company, and now will submit the fraud to the insurance company. Meanwhile have found 7 other people in Wellington Seven Hills, whom they did the same thing to, and tomorrow we go to other house in Seven Hills previous golf course, that we rent out and find others in there they have done this to. Had an issue picking up meds claiming it was billed to another pharmacy even though I told them which pharmacy to send the meds to. Front office staff didn't even pick her head up and look at me in the eye to register me. did not introduce herself, did not give off a positive atmosphere at all. It seemed more than a bother to do her job and register me as a patient. after being roomed, the tech was not pleasant. Asked me two questions and left. Did not introduce herself, did not ask my symptoms, took vitals and left. I am not sure if she was a nurse, an aide, but she could show better bedside manner. Waited for 45/50 minutes before I asked the front office staff when I was going to be seen. To which they replied, there are two others ahead of you.... what??? Provider walks in, does not wash her hands before assessing me. assessment is complete and she asks my choice of pharmacy. tells me to sit tight and I wait longer for paperwork.. 15/20 more minutes goes by before I can leave. My daughter went in for possible pink eye. She was seen by the provider and given prescriptions for an eye infection and a sinus infection. When she picked up her prescriptions one of the medications was cipro/dexameth otic suspension. It was clearly marked to put in ear. She thankfully noticed this before she put drops in her eyes. She called the provider and told them about this. The receptionist checked with a nurse and said yes they meant to prescribe ear drops for her eye infection. Still unsure she called the pharmacy and asked if it was common to prescribe ear drops for an eye infection, They said no they had never heard that one. She did not use this medicine and went to a different urgent care the next day and was told no you dont use ear drops for an eye infection. They prescribed the correct medicine, EYE drops and she is feeling much better. Please review and question anything you don't think is right as this could have had bad results if she had put the drops in her eyes. I would have thought differently if when she called, they had actually reviewed her record and saw what they prescribed but they obviously didn't care to do that. read more

Made an appointment for 2:28pm. Came in did the paperwork and handed it to the receptionist which I'm guessing she forgot to fill out causing our wait to be exceptional long. When asked was told the other person ( which came in 15 min after we did and did the same paperwork I did ) was here over an hour. If I could give zero stars I would. I walk with a cane and was having a POTS episode, went into this urgent care to see if they could administer an iv of fluids. While the guy at the front desk told me that don't do that there and referred me to the ER I am not upset about that. I'm upset with the fact I struggled to open the front door to walk in due to my heart rate being almost 200 beats per minute and using my can, the guy at the desk just starred at me while I struggled with the door. As I also struggled to speak to him he could see I was shaking, and I was on the verge of passing out, and turned me away. Wouldn't the right thing to do was assist me back to the door or call an ambulance ????? Or even offer me to sit down with a cup of water ???? They only got 3 stars because the ma and dr were amazing. Their office girls earned them a zero 3 hours of waiting 1.5 being told there were 1 person ahead of us and they kept moving my daughters chart back. I get triage I get waiting longer if there was a true emergency but don't lie and tell me how their policy is paperwork filled out gets taken in in the order received when people who came in after I had my daughters in were seen and treated before my daughter. I would not go back, the quality of Dr. I saw was totally lost. went in for a speck of a particle in my eye. I was worried right off. she didn't know how to work the light for using with the dye for the eye had to get the assistant to show her how. Over my life time of 77 yrs. I've had particles worse than this removed by a Medical Dr. When she didn't even try to get it after getting the dye in and was going to numb it. I've never seen such action by a supposed Dr. I don't know what she really knows or does, she'll never see me again. They should let a patient know if they don't have a confident Dr. on staff. Now I have to find one tomorrow. I won't recommend anybody go to them. Might check on the Dr. on duty and find out if they really can take care of you. We called and explained what we needed before we went. They should checked with her to make sure we weren't wasting our time and the VA's money. I have been to this clinic 4 times in that last 2 months for Gout. The last time I went there the doctor said they were going to prescribe me refills for my medication for gout . They prescribed me refills for one medication but not the other today I had a flare up really bad I can barely walk and went in there and said hey you didn't give me a refill for prednisone they literally told me I had to pay another $109 dollars and start the process all over again for a refill I didn't get Meanwhile my toe is twice the size of my other big toe from the flare up of the gout. They refused to do a refill and told me I had to pay that again when I've paid over $500 in the last 2 months. I asked the doctor I want you just give me a refill and save me the money from going to their again and they didn't also they sell the prednisone by prescription at the doctor's office and refuse to give me that too unless I started the process over again. So now I get to suffer with a gout flare up because of their mistake and tried to deal with it until it goes away I had to leave work today because I couldn't even stand on top of a ladder the pain is unbearable and they wouldn't help me for their mistake that they made. After suffering a fall with a number of bruises, aches and pains we opted not to go to a hospital ED to avoid the excessive costs and wait time.
