Very poor communication skills. Called first, asking about getting a duplicate title. Was told yes they can help me, they should be able to look up electonically. Arrived, to find out that it had to be sent to Harrisburg. I asked when it would go up to Harrisburg, as I needed to expedite. Was told the next day. Called back to confirm when it would go out. Was told not until Friday. I shared what I was told, woman on phone apoligized. I told her I would pick up. When I got there the young lady who handled my initial transaction gave me my forms back, and the $5 that was for PA, however, I did not get any of the $10 I spent on thier service. read more

I paid Greencastle Notary Services to register and title a Kymco scooter. Never got the title in the mail as promised. I called and they told me it could take up to 120 days to receive it by mail. I waited and called them back and was advised PennDOT had no record of returned mail and they told me I would have to pay another $60.00 *to them* (Not PennDOT) to re-file so I can get my title. I felt the staff member who answered the phone was rude and made me feel like it was my fault that I waited so long even though they told me to wait before following up again. At the time of this review, its been over a year since my follow up call, I still have not received my title. I refuse to pay these people another $60.00 to get what I should already have. They knew exactly what was needed for my horse trailer. They were very efficient and did not have to wait long

First time I have been in this place. It's nice inside but parking is a challenge in down town Greeencastle plus you have to feed the meter. We got service pretty quick and the girl seemed knowledgeable about title work. But I was charged a fee for using my debit card. Also they had two dogs in the business (I love dogs by the way) who kept jumping on the counter. read more
