The owner and I went back and forth over it, and I essentially asked for a partial refund which he combated me for, even after agreeing with me that he overcharged me for washable rugs that were less than $60 a piece on Amazon to begin with. Well, I pick it up 2 weeks later only to find that the shrinkage issue was never fixed. I never received receipts from the business, was never asked if I would like a copy of mine, and this business' phones are not operating for customer/clientele's convenience.
