It's winter in Winnipeg, and -20C outside. 10 minutes isn't that bad, but about 5 minutes later the receptionist let a man out and proceeded to lock the door again while staring right at me in the cold. That's just plain rude. When she was ready to let me in, she opened all the blinds, then the door. Once inside, she took my name down since I was a walk-in and then forgot about me until someone else on staff pointed me out. Finally she took my info and said they'd call my name. Meanwhile my seat was taken so I sat elsewhere in the waiting room, but since I wasn't in my original seat she must have figured I left and took me off the list. After a while I realized this and spoke up, after which I was finally seen. No apology or acknowledgement, and the doctor was impatient for the 30 seconds she saw me. I've never had worse service. Just to be clear though, I'm not just someone who came in with an attitude. I was friendly and polite the whole time, to both the doctor and her staff. I made sure to thank her and wish her a good day as well, since being rude only creates bad situations for yourself to begin with.

There is one of them is always extremely condescending and she is always trying to push you away as if she gets bothered if you show up to even come there and this is not my first time that I had to interact with her. When I went to the walk in clinic today she was extremely lazy, condescending, full of attitude and told me that I am not even a patient there. She didn't even check in the computer to see if I can get in for a walking clinic, though I heard another patient that was dealing with another front desk person that he was able to get in for the same walk in clinic. I am a patient at this clinic. Maybe if she would actually do her job and do it properly she would get to know who the patients are in that clinic. Isn't your job to help patients to see a doctor? What are you getting paid for then? I don't know why this clinic even has her as a front desk person. If I could give a minus 5 I would.
