My complaint is all about the front desk employees that I find full of attitude as if they are bothered to do their job. There is one of them is always extremely condescending and she is always trying to push you away as if she gets bothered if you show up to even come there and this is not my first time that I had to interact with her. When I went to the walk in clinic today she was extremely lazy, condescending, full of attitude and told me that I am not even a patient there. She didn't even check in the computer to see if I can get in for a walking clinic, though I heard another patient that was dealing with another front desk person that he was able to get in for the same walk in clinic. I am a patient at this clinic. Maybe if she would actually do her job and do it properly she would get to know who the patients are in that clinic. Isn't your job to help patients to see a doctor? What are you getting paid for then? I don't know why this clinic even has her as a front desk person. If I could give a minus 5 I would. Very disgusted and extremely disappointed with this front desk person that I believe she should not even be there.

I arrived at the Clinic just after 2pm and a sign is up saying no more patients being taken today. I asked the girl behind the desk and she claimed it was 3 pm but only 2PM. Maybe buy them a clock!! If you are going to post a closed at 5PM on the web and close to patients 3 hours early. Make a note, if you come in after 2pm we will not be able to take you.
