Service: 4 star. On the delivery address I identified the hospital facility, room number, but put in the wrong street address which I now understand was in the outer suburbs. No where close to the hospital. I received a call from the floral shop after the failed delivery, that the delivery would be delayed by one day. Nice to get a call, but should the call come before the failed delivery to such a well known facility? Selection: 2 star. I paid extra for the deluxe arrangement. Flowers were nowhere near what was pictured or the size I ordered. They did give me a little credit because of the size difference.

This is a great neighborhood florist. I've gotten flowers here for special occasions and just because. I know people who have gotten their wedding flowers here, and they did a great job. The workers have always been friendly and helpful. Plus there is a really cute dog there with two different color eyes. read more

I'm glad i read the reviews because this shop lived up to the remarks made by others. Some reviews were specific to remote gifting, that is, from far away distance they were delighted by the excellent service & product delivered on their behalf; the same is true for me. I tried utilizing a national provider & I couldn't get that process to fly (read: long, frustrating process). So i sought reviews of local shops & found this one. I'm in California and everything was perfect; the communication from delivery guy & his kind extra effort to redeliver when my Mom was home, to the flower arrangement that was most pleasing to my Mom. National providers try to suck you in with a 1st time purchase discount, but it wasn't working; so many issues. Anyway, super pleased with Greene's. Thanks so much! read more

Wanted to send flowers to our granddaughter who just got out of the hospital. This being a Friday and 1:00 in the afternoon I was told that the could not go out to Monday. That would leave a two day gap before she got the flowers, pumpkin and teddy bear. Greens Flowers went into action and got my flowers to our granddaughter the flowers by 5:00 pm. This is by far is one of the best floral shop experiences I have ever had. I am from another state so after researching other floral shops in the Cincinnati area, I finally came across this one and I loved their website immediately. It wasn't real trendy and over priced and there were plenty of options and pictures for every occasion. I was able to quickly choose what I wanted and I called the shop to customize my order and Jan made it so easy and when the arrangement was completed it was beautiful. Unfortunately I was not able to attach a picture of it here, even though I tried, because I don't have the time to figure out what I did wrong, but maybe I can post one later. Started off with a phone call for a long distance order and was met with a less than friendly woman who was not pleasant to deal with. Spent over $115 for an arrangement that I could have done better with flowers from the grocery store which would have looked better and would have been so much more abundant. I asked to see a pic before delivery which never happened and I emailed to have an update on delivery which was never responded to. I would never deal with this business again and would not recommend. Disappointment. read more

I live in Alexandria, Virginia, and looked up a florist in Norwood (Cincinnati) Ohio on the internet to send my aunt a dozen roses for her 97th birthday. I found and contacted "Greene's Florist" in Norwood, ordered the flowers by phone and they were delivered the next day...on her birthday. Family members sent me pictures of the roses and I couldn't be more pleased! They're beautiful and were very reasonably priced. Greene's easily deserves 5 STARS!! read more
